Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (clay or loam) including lift upto 1.5, and lead up to 30m and including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth and directed by the Engineer in charge up to a distance of 30m from the foundation trenches including all T&Pphowarah and basket etc. complete.

Concrete with 4cm gauge stone ballast, coarse sand and cement in the proportion of 1:4:8 in foundation and under floor including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

M-150 class brick work in 1:6 cement and coarse sand mortor in foundation and plinth i/c supply of all materials ,labours,T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work

Same as Item No. 3 but for brick work in 1:6 in super structure of 9" thick wall

R.C.C. work with cement approved coarse sand and 20mm gauge approved stone grit in the proportaion of 1:1.5:3 in lighter beam excluding supply of reinforcement and its binding but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.G.I. binding wire and including necessary centering and shuttering etc. and also including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. Binding wire cost being including in the item.

Mild steel or iron work in plain work such as in reinforced concrete or reinforced brick work (when not included in overall rates) wrought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of the work and including supply of steel its wastage. Bend hooks and authorized overlapping shall be measured.

Mild steel or iron work in heavy sizes such as trusses, builup gate, record racks, roof works, gates, etc. wrought to required form inculding drilling holes rebateing and welding where necessary and there fixing required for proper completion of works.

12mm thick plaster with cement mortar in proportion of 1:4 cement and sand of 1.25FM over brick work minimum thickness not be less than 10mm including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Finishing walls with two coat of water proof cement paint of approved quality and one coat of primer with this paint to give and even shade including supply of all materials labour tools and plants etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Painting or Varnishing new iron work in small area or new work with one coat of ready mixed priming paint and one coat of approved brand such as British paint Shalimar Asian or equivalent as approved by (E/I) including supply of all material, labour T & P etc. required for proper completion of the work. Paint to be used should confirm the ISI No. 103-1950

Dismantling brick work including stacking dismantled materials as directed by Engineer-in-charge within a distance of 60 meters.
