Servicing of Suzuki make 40 HP Outboard Engines by way of removing of top lid (cover), removing of fly wheel shield, intake manifold, disengaging of carburetor etc. The job comprises of cleaning of starting relay using WD-40 rust cleaner spray and drying out using air blower and high absorbent cloth fabric to eliminate out moisture and foreign material. The job also contains servicing of carburetor using specific de-carburizing spray canisters multiple times till desired result is obtained. Removing of old damaged 03 No spark plugs as per manufacturer recommendations (NGK Iridium type). Refitting back of all disassembled parts and testing thereof. Boat No. 01[ Ghalib], 02[ Mir]:

Oil and filter change of Engines by draining out old M-Oil from engine and removing oil filter, cleaning inner and outer parts viz filter brackets, air cleaner assembly, gauge needle, chamber lock nuts and engine oil drain plugs etc. using standard cleaning agent and cotton cloth Providing and filling fresh M-Oil [ SAE 10 W- 40 Engine oil] 3.2 liters The job also includes providing and fitting of M-Oil filter-01 No and with lock clamps. Gear oil change by way of draining out of old gear oil, Providing and filling Standard recommended gear oil- 960 ml including refitting the gear oil level plug and the gear oil drain plug. Boat No. 01[ Ghalib], 02[ Mir]:

Repairing of Fuel Pump by way of inspection, servicing, and repairing of the fuel pump fitted on the aluminium boat engine. The fuel pump assembly shall be checked for proper operation, fuel leakage, wear and tear, blockage, and pressure delivery. Defective components such as diaphragms, seals, gaskets, valves, or other damaged parts shall be repaired or replaced as required. Fuel lines, connections, and fittings associated with the pump shall also be inspected and rectified where necessary. After completion of repairs, the fuel pump shall be tested to ensure smooth and uninterrupted fuel supply to the engine and satisfactory performance during operation. Servicing of Self-starters by way of dismantling/disengaging of complete assembly from engine, its disassembling, washing/cleaning of all parts using standard cleaning agent and dry cloth, decarbonizing of assembly, replacement of carbon brush set and battery leads, terminals etc. Its refitting and testing thereof. The job shall include shifting of Self-starter assembly to work-shop for repairs and its shifting back afterwards. Boat No. 01[ Ghalib]] and 02[ Mir]:

Providing and fitting of hand operated Primer bul b or fuel primer pump as per sample with necessary attachments. Boat No. 01[ Ghalib], and 02[ Mir]

Repairing and Checking of Wiring System of Aluminium Boat Which include complete repairing and checking of the wiring system of the aluminium boat fitted with Suzuki make Outboard Motor (OBM). Damaged, worn-out, and burnt wires, rusted terminals, connectors, and electrical fittings shall be repaired or replaced as required. Battery connections, engine wiring harness, switches, fuse boxes, navigation lights, and auxiliary electrical circuits shall be checked for proper functioning. Continuity, insulation, and operational tests shall be carried out to ensure safe and reliable operation of the complete electrical system and Suzuki OBM controls. Fabrication, Providing and fitting of 02 Nos. seats on the aluminum boat using 50 mm thick high-density foam covered with good quality canvas material. Each seat shall be of size 8 ft × 1 ft and shall be properly shaped, stitched, and securely fixed in position. All materials, fittings, and workmanship shall be of good quality to ensure comfort, durability, and suitability for River operating conditions. The job also includes fabrication, providing and fitting of 02 No seat covers of requisite shape and size to the existing seats of coxswain and navigator of canvas material. Repairing of Honking System of Aluminium Boat by way, repairing, and testing of the horn system fitted on the aluminium boat. The horn, wiring, switch, terminals, connectors, and associated electrical components shall be checked for defects, loose connections, corrosion, and malfunctioning. Defective parts shall be repaired or replaced as required. The electrical supply circuit to the horn shall be tested and restored to ensure proper operation.
