UPKEEPING AND MAINT OF SEWAGE SYSTEM INCLUDING CLEANING OF OHT IN NEW CANTT SOUTH ZONE UNDER AGE B/R-II AT MIL STN PATIALA

Cleaning the existing under ground sewer pipe line of 100mm bore and above up to and including 200mm bore at any depth by rodding manually as required at site (in foul conditions) from manholes and well flushing after cleaning including getting out sludge if any and liquid materials form connecting manholes deposited in lines removing the solids and sludge through closed container to any distance as directed by Engineer-in-Charge (being contractor property) at their own cost and the cost the removal shall be included in this rate etc complete all as directed.

Cleaning the existing underground sewage pipe line of exceeding 200mm bore and above up to and including 600mm bore at any depth by rodding manually as required at site (in foul condition) from manholes and well flushing after cleaning including getting out sludge if any and liquid materials form connecting manholes deposited in lines removing the solids and sludge through closed container to any distance as directed by Engineer-in-Charge (being contractor property) at their own cost and the cost the removal shall be included in this rate etc complete all as directed.

Removing blockage from WC's, traps (P-trap/ floor trap/gully trap etc) inside the buildings at any floor including cleaning and flushing the pipes upto first man hole complete all as directed. Note :(i) This item includes cleaning of all the traps and pipes of toilet block/kitchen irrespective of Nos and length of pipes involved, up to first man hole and altogether shall be taken as one job for payment purpose. (ii) In case the blockage reoccurs in the same location with in the month, the same shall be cleared by the contractor at his own cost and no extra payment shall be made for the repetitive cleaning.

Cleaning the sewage sump wells, septic tanks of any dia depth and in any location etc by taking out complete sludge water and solids mechanically by HCV mounted suction discharge machine having flow back facility with sludge tank of adequate capacity removing & disposing the entire retrieved material to a distance not exceeding 1000 meter outside the periphery of defence land and covering the entire sludge with local earth complete all as directed by the engineer-in-charge. Note : Depth of sludge in the pit shall be measured from the bottom of pit to the existing water/ effluent level prior to ordering the cleaning in the presence of EIC.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5m in depth not10.sqm on plan and not exc 1.5 Mtr dept and getting out in soft /losse soil for foundations, etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Serial item No. 5 here in before but exceeding 1.5 mtr and not exceeding 3.00 mtr depth.

Removing excavated material(soil) to a distance not exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.50m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm thick in soils complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar in all quions etc complete all as directed.

Brick work using Sub class “B” bricks, straight or curved on plan not exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per Serial item No. 10 here in before but using old serviceable bricks

M&L Cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation of manholes complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement plastering 15mm thick in cemet mortar 1:4 including mixing of liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions on brick work or concrete surfaces complete all as specified and directed. Note : WPC will be measured and paid separately.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4, type B1, using 20mm size graded stone agregates as in bands, copings, etc., including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repair Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP3 laid and jointed in cement mortar (1:1) complete with collars bore in pipes 300mm, including demolition by breaking up of old drain pipes of SGSW / AC / RCC, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repair Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP3 laid and jointed in cement mortar (1:1) complete with collars bore in pipes 150mm, including demolition by breaking up of old drain pipes of SGSW / AC / RCC, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repair Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP3 laid and jointed in cement mortar (1:1) complete with collars bore in pipes 200mm, including demolition by breaking up of old drain pipes of SGSW / AC / RCC, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of Reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise described for, including removal of debris outside the premises, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in landings, cover slab (for manholes etc) and similar work including necessary form work and set in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

TMT bars 8 mm dia cut to length bent to shape required including cranking bending spirally hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire not less than 0.9mm dia (annealed) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note : The payment shall be made only after placing of cover on manholes).

Cutting into existing manhole for connecting new drain pipe , making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming brench chennel in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 smooth finished etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down of eaves gutters and rain water pipes(AC Rain water pipe/SWG pipe line) of any size or pattern including all fittings etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, fixed to walls of 110 mm bore of pipe etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC (SWR) junction single, (single T) equal or un equal of 110 mm bore of pipe complete all as specified and directed

S&F PVC (SWR) bends any radius of 110 mm bore with out access door complete all as specified and directed.

S&F stack clamps made out of 50 mmx 5 mm flat iron and 16 mm dia round iron stay incl bolt and nut and securing ends of stay to wall or roof for 75 mm dia pipe

M&L for cement concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipe after they are laid & tested for 150 mm bore of pipe with cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipe after they are laid & tested for 200 mm bore of pipe with cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning and removing all scale and dirct, etc form existing watre storage tank of capacity exc 250 litre and n.exc 500 litre by emptying, drying and cleaning the tank by scrubbing the dust with wire brush from the tank including cleaning from mouths of circulations pipe, and to be written there date of tank cleaning on white paint complete all as specified and directed.
