PROVISION OF STORM WATER DRAIN AT NTS (GOA)

Excavation in trenches n exc 1.5m wide n exc 1.5m deep and getting out in soft /disintegrated rock complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC type C2 1:3:6 (40mm graded aggregate) as in foundation of drains complete all as specified and as directed.

Pre - cast cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1, (20mm graded stone aggregate) block masonary with solid blocks built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC type C1 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) as in coping including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC type B0 1:2:4 (12.5 mm graded aggregate) as in haunching, coping including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms moulds mitered /stopped ends etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Add / deduct over item No. 7.00 for additional 25mm inner girth over or under 30 cm complete all as specified and as directed.

Rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on brick surface and rough surface with using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated material exc 50m but n.exc 250 m and depositing where as directed at a level n.exc 1.50m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 CM as in soft/disintegrated rock complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F for Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks drain covers and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surface and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Reinforced concrete pipes, class NP3, 600mm int dia laid and jointed complete with collars complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L RCC Type A1 1:1:2, 20mm graded aggregate as in Columns, pillars, piers, posts and struts complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L RCC A1 1:1:2 using 20 mm graded aggregate in Beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5m span complete all as specified and as directed.

Use & waste of Formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions beams etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required including crancking, bending spirally for hooping for columns hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L TMT bars 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders, cut to length, bent to shape required including crancking, bending spirally for hooping for columns hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

Plain Cement Concrete Type C2 1:3:6 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of stone /boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc., but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repairs Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed each line wire to be measured)

S&F in repair of steel galvanised punched type concertina coil 1050mm dia when stretched with 255 nos of clip with weight 15.6Kg/coil and average coverage area is 6.00RM per coil

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth with out using extra cement as on walls complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L preparing new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of white cement primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for complete removal of old surface and preparation of wall plastered including cornices and pillasters etc and applying one coat of cement base paint on wall complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel surface and applying one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer and two coats of synthetic enamal paint over 10 cm width or girth as specified and directed.

M&L posts & struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc. flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., & similar work conforming to Fe 290-0 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing mild steel screw bolt (Machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal nut but length bolt one side embeded in concrete posts etc complete to fix fencing wire dia of shank 16 to 20mm, but length of bolt exc 22.5cm and n exc 30cm long.

M&L for preparation of old steel surface and applying two coat of synthetic enamal paint over 10 cm width or girth complete all as specified and as directed.
