Bidders other than OEM are required to upload authorization letter of OEM,if bidder fails to provide authorization of OEM with offer, then no back reference shall be made and offer is liable to be rejected. OEM to upload self certification/supporting document as proof of OEM of subject item .

I hereby certify that this bidder fulfills all requirements in this regard and is eligible to be considered. [Where applicable, evidence of valid registration by the Competent Authority shall be attached.]" (2) If such declaration given by a bidder whose bid is accepted is found to be false, this would be a ground for immediate termination of contract and further legal action in accordance with law.
