RequiredThe bidder shall submit valid ESI and EPF licenses issued by the concerned department and must have been an EPF/ESI contributing employer for the last three years. Documentary evidence supporting compliance, including receipts for the most recent three months, shall be furnished along with the bid

Eligibility Criteria

Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

Bidders shall ensure upload of relevant document certifying his/her status as Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/other reserved category as prescribed in the tender document.

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Minimum financial turnover (civil engineering construction works) not less than two times the annual payments from this contract (Rs. xxxxx Lakhs)

Satisfactoriy completed (atleast 90%) as prime contractor at-least one such similar work of value not less than Rs. xxxxxxx (80% of estimated cost of tender)

Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid Electrical License for executing building electrificatio works and should have executed similar electrical works totallng Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of electrical works) n any one year

Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid license for executing water supply / sanitary engineering works and should have executed similar works totallng Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of electrical works) n any one year

Total value of civl engineering works executed and payments received in the last five years (year-wise)

List of existing commitments and ongoing works

List of works for which tenders already submitted

Banker Details for reference

Construction equipment owned by the tenderer and equipment proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded

Reports on the financial standing of the tenderer, such as profit and loss statements and auditor’s reports for the last five years

Qualification and experience of the key technical and management personnel in permanent employment with the tenderer and those that are proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded

Proposals for subcontracting components of works amounting to more than 20% of the contract price (for each, the qualifications and experience of the identified sub-contractor in the relevant fields should be attached)

The Contractor should have executed similar nature of work for the amount put to tender and Contractor should upload relevant document

The successful Bidder should not be a defaulter by delaying any electrical /civil worksfor more than six months, as the above said work need to be finished within the time limit

The bidder must demonstrate experience as a prime contractor in the successful execution, maintenance, and operation of a project of similar nature as required for the above project

The Tenderer shall submit Repairs and Maintenance Work Done Certificate for Government Buildings or Meeting Halls related to similar Electrical worksto ensure prompt and quick operation, repairs, and services during the Defect/ Maintenance Liability Period of 3 years as required for the above work
