ALMIRAH LARGE STEEL WITH SHELF ( FD- 1031, )

Removing old existing unsv handles from Almirah large steel and S&F new CP steel handle of size100mm to Almirah large steel and all as shown on drawing or as directed.

Removing old existing unsv lock from Almirah large steel and S&F new lock 75mm long, 06 lever with two keys to Almirah large steel all as shown on drawing or as directed. Make shall be of Godrej/Harrison/Plaza/Link

Removing old existing unsv locking assembly from Almirah large steel and S&F new locking assembly to Almirah large steel including making adjustment of door shutters & applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red-oxide primer duly preparation of steel surfaces complete. Painting shall be done with spray machine and all as specified on drawing and as directed.

Removing old existing unsv leg from Almirah large steel and S&F new leg made out of 1mm thick CRCA Sheet made to size and shape and welding at bottom of almirah after applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red-oxide primer duly preparation of steel surfaces complete. Painting shall be done with spray machine and all as specified on drawing and as directed .

Removing old existing unsv butt hinges of Almirah large steel and S&F new butt hinges 75 mm long and adjusting door by revitting / welding complete all as shown on drawing and as directed.

M&L for refixing of loose shelves with mild steel revitting /spot welding complete all as directed.

Removing old existing unsv locking device cover of Almirah large steel and S&F new locking device cover made of 1mm thick CRCA sheet duly painted with two coat of paint over a coat of red oxide primer as approved quality to Almirah large steel.

ALMIRAH MEDIUM STEEL ( FD-1032, FD-67, FD-243)

Removing old existing unsv handles from Almirah medium steel and S&F new CP steel handle of size 100mm to Almirah medium steel all as shown on drawing and as directed.

Removing old existing unsv lock from Almirah medium steel and S&F new lock 75mm long, 06 lever with two keys to Almirah medium steel all as shown on drawing and as directed. Make shall be of Godrej/Harrison/Plaza/Link

Removing old existing unsv Handle and S&F New Handle including Nut and Bolt with Washer complete as per existing shape ,size and as per Drg.

Removing old existing unsv butt hinges of Locker steel and S&F new butt hinges 75 mm long and adjusting door by revitting / welding complete all as shown on drawing and as directed.

Removing old existing unsv Hasp and Staple and S&F New hasp and staples complete as per existing shape ,size and as per Drg.

Removing old existing unsv Hanging Rod of conduit Pipe and S&F New Hanging Rod with bracket complete as per existing shape,size and as per Drg.

M&L for refixing of loose shelves with mild steel revitting /spot welding complete all as directed.

Removing old existing unsv leg from locker steel and S&F new leg made out of 1mm thick CRCA sheet made to size and shape and welding at bottom of locker steel after applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red-oxide primer duly preparation of steel surfaces complete. Painting shall be done with spray machine and all as specified on drawing and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

CHAIR VARANDAH ( FD-256)

Taking out old unsv Legs and S&F new Legs of 20 mm dia 1.6 mm thickness MS Conduit pipe as per Drg.

Welding to broken joints of chair varandah all as directed .

Taking out old unsv stiffner and S&F new stiffner of 10 mm dia as per Drg.

Removing of old unsv cane and re-canning of chair Varandah with 4 mm cane as per mat Pattern of superior quality cane of width & thickness as mentioned in Drg. (Make of cane shall be Aryan/Shah/Binny/Premier)

Taking out old unsv PVC Shoe/Toes and S&F new PVC Shoe/ Toes as per Drg.

TABLE 3'x 2' STEEL WITH DRAWER (TABLE WRITING):- ( FD-1008)

Removing old existing unsv top from Table 3'X2' steel with drawer and supply and fixing the new top of same size made out of 18/19mm thick pre-laminated MDF board Exterior grade provided with hardwood beading as existing and all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Welding to broken joints of Table 3'X2' steel with drawer all as directed .

S&F in replacement PVC shoes to Table 3'X2' steel with drawer complete all as shown on drg and as directed.

Removing old unsv leg and S & F new leg of 25 Sq mm MS tube having wall thickness of 1.2mm including welding to Table 3'X2' steel with drawer complete all as directed by Engineer -in-Charge.

Removing old existing unsv lock from Table 3'X2' steel with drawer and supply and fixing new lock with two keys all as shown on drawing and as directed. (Make : Godrej/Harrison/Plaza).

Removing old existing unsv drawer from Table 3'X2' steel with drawer and supply and fixing the new drawer of same size and shape made out of 1mm thick MS black sheet all as shown on drawing and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint with spray painting (Internally and externally) over a coat of primer after preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge/GE.

TABLE OFFICE CLERK STEEL (FD-381, FD-1004)

S&F the new top of same size as existing and shape made out of 18/19mm thick pre-laminated MDF board Exterior grade provided with hard wood beading as existing including taking down old unserviceable one, complete, all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F new lock with two keys all as shown on drawing, including taking down old unserviceable one, complete, all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Make: Godrej/Harrison/Plaza

S&F the new drawer of same size and shape as shown on drawing made out of 1mm thick CRCA sheet all as shown on drawing and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint with spray painting (Internally and externally) over a coat of primer after preparation of surfaces, colour as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge/GE, including taking down old unserviceable one, complete, all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F new top of size all as shown on drawing, made out of 18/19mm thick exterior grade MDF board exterior grade with alround 1.6mm thick PVC edging including taking down old unserviceable one, complete, all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking out unsv side rail and S&Fside rail of mild steel square tube 25 mm as per existing shape and size.

Taking out old unsv Shoes/Toes and S&F new Hard Rubber/PVC Shoes Toes as per Drg.

TABLE BEDSIDE STEEL ( FD/E6/MAP/15®)

S&F Upper drawer made of 18 mm thick prelaminated MDF board, exterior grade and provided with 6mm thick bottom of ISI marked commercial plywood of BWR grade and zinc coated MS telescopic chhanel of appropriate size as per drg and direction including taking down old unserviceable one, complete, all as specified and as directed.

S&F Lower drawer made of 18 mm thick prelaminated MDF board exterior grade provided with 6mm thick bottom of ISI marked commercial ply BWR grade & zinc coated MS telescopic channel as approved quality by Engr-in-charge, including taking down old unserviceable one, complete, all as specified and as directed.

S&F the new top made out of 18/19 mm thick exterior grade pre-laminated MDF board exterior grade with 04mm thick teak wood beading duly polished all as shown on drawing including taking down old unserviceable one, complete, all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

CHAIR REVOLVING STEEL(TP)

S&F seat of chair with new seat of 12mm thick plywood commercial quality ) covered with 75mm thick U foam and best quality of tapestry cloth. Seat shall be fixed on frame with screw and including all minor repairs and welding etc, including taking down old unserviceable one, complete, all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:- The tapestry cloth to be provided as per sample kept at GE office and as approved by GE.

S&F back back of chair shall be 6mm thick plywood commercial quality fixed on frame with screws and covered with 40mm thick U foam over shape and best quality of tapestry cloth. Back shall be fixed on frame with screw and including all minor repairs and welding etc, including taking down old unserviceable one, complete, all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:- The tapestry cloth to be provided as per sample kept at GE office and as approved by GE.

S&F new tapestry cloth to seat and back of Chair Revolving including taking down old unserviceable one, complete, all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:- The tapestry cloth to be provided as per sample kept at GE office and as approved by GE.

S&F hydraulic system of Chair revolving for the adjustment of height including taking down old unserviceable one, complete, all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge

CHARPOY WITH HARD TOP STEEL ( FD/MAP-II/01)

Removing old existing unsv Plytop from Charpoy and S&F of new 12mm thick plytop of siutable size, ISI marked, BWR phenol bonded commercial plywood of unpolished edging of approved quality all as shown on drawing and as directed. (Make of Plywood : Kitply(Vista)/Century/Greenply/National plywood/Archid ply(Gold)).

S&F in replacement hard rubber shoes at the bottom of leg all as shown on drg.

Welding to broken joints/ fixing bt nut bolts of Charpoy steel all as directed .

CHARPOY GI PIPE WITH 12MM THICK PLYWOOD ( FD-220)

Removing old unsv plywood, tightening of loose components and S&F of new Plywood made out of 12mm thick commercial type BWR grade confirming to IS:303 of plywood as per existing shape,size and drg complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Make of Plywood : Kitply(Vista)/Century/Greenply/National plywood/Archid ply(Gold)).

Removing old unserviceable long rail from existing charpoy and S&F new long rail of 32mm dia medium grade GI pipe, duly threading at both end and fixing in position complete all as shown on drawing and & as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cutting and converting the old unserviceable long rail as retrieved from Sl No 11.02 here-in-before into short rails and fixed to charpoy GI pipe duly threaded 30mm long at both side end including removal of old and broken short rails complete all as specified and shown on drg and & as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cutting and converting the old unserviceable short rail into legs as retrieved from Sl No 11.03 and fixed to charpoy GI pipe duly threaded 30mm long at one side end and providing 5 mm thick round MS plate by smooth welding to bottom of the legs after removal of old existing broken legs complete all shown on drg and & as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing old unsv Nut & bolts with washer and S&F new Nut & bolts as per existing shape and size and as per drg.

Removing old Unsv/ broken Flat Iron strip and S&F new 5mm thick (5x25mm) FI stifnner of appropriate size duly painted with two coat of black synthetic enamel over a coated of red oxide/primer as directed by engr-in-charge.

Removing old existing unserviceable elbow 3 way of charpoy and S&F new GI 3 way elbow med grade ISI marked (Weighing not less than 450 gms) complete all as shown on drawing & as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

CHAIR SCHOOL WITH HANDBOARD (FD/E6/MAP/05)

Removing old unsv Seat and S&F New Seat as per Drg

S&F in replacement hard rubber/ PVCshoes at the bottom of Chair School with hand board all as shown on drg.

Removing old existing unsv Jali from Chair School with board and S&F new GI Jali duly painted with black paint all as shown on drawing and as directed.

Removing old unsv Hand board and S&F New Hand Board made of MDF board exterior garde with 4mm beading duly french glossy polished fixed with 6 screw of suitable size as per drg and direction of Engr-In-Charge/GE.

PAINTING :- M&L for two coat of paint by means of spray painting machine with synthetic enamelled paint of appropriate shade as dedcided by Engr-In-Charge/GE and quality to steel furniture items (internally & externally complete) including removing of dents & filling with putty after preparation of surfaces thoroughly by using appropriate abrasive cloth emery 1 grinder machine as required as trade practice complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge to the following steel furniture items :-
