Earth work in excavation of foundation trenches or drains or septic tank soak well etc. in all sorts of soil (including mixed soil but excluding latarite or sand stone) including removing spreading or stack- ing the spoils within a lead of 75m. as directed. The item includes necessary trimming the sides of the trenches, leveling dressing and ramming the bottom, bailing or pumping out water etc. as required complete. (a) Depth of excavation not exceeding 1,500 mm.
(b) Beyond 1.5 mtr. upto 3.0 mtr. but not requiring shoring
Hire and labour charges for shoring work (including necessary close plank walling, framing, salbulla piling, strutting etc.) complete as per direction of the EIC for foundation excavation.(vertical surface area in contact with supported earth is to be measured.)This item should be executed on specific direction of the EIC. Supplying & labour for mixing of super plasticizer of approved make brand sika/cico conforming to IS-2645- 1975 & IS-9130-1979 to be need in mortar admixture @ 0.20% by wt. of cement (i.e 100ml per 50kg of cement) for improving workability, reducing shrinkage and improvement of water tightness of the concrete.
(a) Applying 2 coats of bonding agent with synthetic multi functional rubber emulsion having adhesive and water proofing properties by mixing with water in proportion (1 bonding agent : 4 water : 6 cement) as per Manufacturer's specification

Supplying mosquito proof net made of polythene (NETLON) size 75cm. X 75cm. for ventilator including fitting, fixing in the best sal wood frame of 8cm. X 5cm. cross section with necessary wooden batten fixing the assembly with necessary MS clamp in RCC wall at the lantern.

Supplying, fitting and fixing single skin colour coated trapezoidal profile for wall cladding. Roof shall be made of 0.45 mm BMT (Base Material Thickness) (0.50 mm TCT (Total coated thickness excluding paint), G550 (min 550 yield strength), of Zincalume metalic coating (ISI 5965) with high solar reflectance index (SRI) value for better cooling as per thermatch technology, 1000 - 1015 mm effective cover width with five major corrugation, 28 mm high rib spaced at 203 mm c/c with subtle square fluting in the pan and the end rib shall have anti-capillery groove and return leg. The steel sheet shall be fastened with 40 micron zinc coated or 25 micron zinc - tin alloy coated, hex head self - drilling screw as per IS 3566 - 2002 class 3 fastener. The base steel shall be coated with zinc - alluminium alloy zincalume (AZ150) (i.e. 55% Al, 43.4 % Zinc, 1.6% Si) minimum of 150 g/m2 coating total on both sides, pre -painted with colourbond XRW (exterior roofing, walling) paint system of 35 micron Super Durable Polyster paint (SDP) with stable inorganic treatment with no lead contents confirming ISI 15965. The sheet shall be free from defects and have brand marking of the manufacturer giving product details on the back of the sheet at regular interval confirming genuinity of the material. a) With 0.5 mm thick sheet 2X3 X 2.5
