RequiredThe intending bidder should furnish liquid assets and or availability of credit facilities of not less than amount of Rs. 45.00 Lakhs 30 Percentage of Amount put to tender with GST credit lines/letter of credit/certificates from Nationalized banks for meeting the fund requirements. Usually, the equivalent of the estimated cash flow for 3 months in the peak construction period should be in Prescribed format as mentioned in NIT

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Valid GST Registration Certificate mandatory and remitted challan for last 6 months

The intending bidders are advised to visit the site of work before submitting their tenders.

The contractor should carryout the work as per specifications and directions of Engineer in charge and as per uploaded approved drawings

The contractor should execute items as per relevant IS standards,specification and approved uploaded drawings

The contractor / authorized signatory should attach his/her scanned signature before uploading the documents

If any of the dates mentioned above happen to be a general holiday, the next working day holds good

Conditional tenders are liable to be rejected. The officer competent to accept the tender shall have the right to reject any or all the tenders without assigning any reason whatsoever

Any Modification / clarification will be published in the e-portal web site. The bidders are advised to visit the e portal regularly.

If the rate (s) quoted by contractor for any items of work is/are below ninety percent of the estimated rates of the department, then the contractor shall furnish an additional performance security in the form of Bank Guarantee for an amount equivalent to the difference between the cost as per quoted rate and 90% of the amount put to tender at the time of agreement. In the case of contractor quoting rates above 110% of the estimated rates then the amount over and above 110% will be withheld during the progress of work. The additional performance security furnished in the former case would be released if requested for by the contractor as and when the concerned item/items is / are satisfactorily and fully completed and are so certified by the next Superior Officer of tender inviting authority. The withheld amount of the latter case will be released only after the entire work is fully completed and so certified by the engineer

Bidders should abide by the directions of Government towards recovery of 1% (or as modified by Govt. from time to time) Cess from the contractors bill under the provisions of building and other constructions worker welfare Cess Act 1996

Successful bidders should execute the agreement within 15 days from the date of approval intimated. If the contractor fails to enter into the agreement within the said period, the EMD of the contractor shall be forfeited and action shall be initiated for barring to participate in the tender of KBJNL

Contractor shall bear the service tax as per the reverse charge mechanism as per Government of India Notification No 30/2012 Service Tax Dated 20-6-2012 and any modifications/charges notified by the Government of India from time to time and on date of payment

During the time of technical evaluation, if the employer finds that any Certification/ information furnished is false, such bidders will be disqualified and barred from participation in the bid

The Bidder should be Manufacturer/authorized dealer of Optimizer storage Compactor System or the tenderer shall submit Manufacturer Authorization Letter from OEM

Technical Criteria

General

Satisfactoriy completed (atleast 90%) as prime contractor at-least one such similar work of value not less than Rs. xxxxxxx (80% of estimated cost of tender)

Executed in any one year the following minimum quantities of work (Cement Concrete - xxxx cum, Earthwork - xxxx cum, etc) (80% of peak rate of construction)

Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid Electrical License for executing building electrificatio works and should have executed similar electrical works totallng Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of electrical works) n any one year

Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid license for executing water supply / sanitary engineering works and should have executed similar works totallng Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of electrical works) n any one year

Past Experience

The intending bidder should have satisfactorily completed (at least 90% of the contract value) as prime contractor, at least one similar work such as Providing Furnitures and Cubics to Buildings and Execution of Electrical Works for Buildings of value not less than Rs.75.00 Lakhs (i.e. 50% of the amount put to tender with GST) during last 5 years reckoned back from 2025-26 (i.e.2021-22 to 2025-26). The certificate should be issued by an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer of the concerned Division / Equivalent officer and countersigned by the SE of the concerned Circle / next higher officer. The cost will be updated to the present value by giving a weightage of 10% each year, if the work is completed prior to the year 2025-26.

The intending bidder should furnish liquid assets and or availability of credit facilities of not less than amount of Rs. 45.00 Lakhs (30% of Amount put to tender with GST) credit lines/letter of credit/certificates from Nationalized banks for meeting the fund requirements. Usually, the equivalent of the estimated cash flow for 3 months in the peak construction period should be in prescribed format.

The bidder should have achieved a minimum financial turnover in all classes of civil construction works only of not less than Rs. 300.00 Lakhs (i.e. not less than 2 times the estimated annual payments under this contract) in at least two financial years during last 5 years reckoned back from 2025-26 (i.e.2021-22 to 2025-26). The turnover prior to FY 2025-26 will be updated to the present Price level by giving weightage of 10% each year. Audited Profit and Loss account statement certified by a practicing Chartered Account bearing the UDIN number along with copy of Income Tax returns filed for the years indicated above should be furnished.
