Random Rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including leveling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 Cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) upto plinth level and curing complete with: Cement mortar 1:6 (1 Cement : 6 coarse sand). INCL ALL CARRIAGES

Structural steel work in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.Welded. INCL ALL CARRIAGES

Providing corrugated G. S. sheet roofing including vertical/curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8mm diameter with bitumen and G.I limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (upto any pitch in horizontal/vertical or curved surface)excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. 0.63 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gram/m2. Providing and Fixing Glazed shutters for windows using 10KG/sqm (4mm thick) glass panes including MS butt hinges of 2nd class Deodar wood 30mm thick. INCL ALL CARRIAGES.

Providing and Fixing 35MM thick wire gauge shutters for windows and doors including MS wire gauge 35mm thick 2nd class Deodar wood . INCL ALL CARRIAGES.

Applying priming coat with ready mixed pink primer on wood work.

Painting with ready mixed paint of approved brand and manufacture in all shades two or more coats on new surfaces.

Finishing walls with three coats of water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture of reqd shade.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 2mm of approved brand and manufacture.

Providing wood work in frames of false celing, partitions etc. sawn and fixed in position of buldoo/ fir wood.

Providing and fixing 4.5mm thick hard plyboard with one side teak face in ceiling with necessary nails etc complete.

Making plinth protection 50mm thick Cement Concrete 1:3:6 mix over 75mm bed of dry brick ballast well rammed. Incl all carriages
