Minimum financial turnover (civil engineering construction works) not less than two times the annual payments from this contract (Rs. xxxxx Lakhs)

Satisfactoriy completed (atleast 90%) as prime contractor at-least one such similar work of value not less than Rs. xxxxxxx (80% of estimated cost of tender)

Executed in any one year the following minimum quantities of work (Cement Concrete - xxxx cum, Earthwork - xxxx cum, etc) (80% of peak rate of construction)

Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid Electrical License for executing building electrificatio works and should have executed similar electrical works totallng Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of electrical works) n any one year

Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid license for executing water supply / sanitary engineering works and should have executed similar works totallng Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of electrical works) n any one year

Owning the following key and critical equipment for this work (xxxx, xxxx, xxxx)

Liquid assets and /or availability of credit facilities of no less than Rs. xxxxxx Lakhs (estimated cash flow for 3 months of peak construction period)

Total value of civl engineering works executed and payments received in the last five years (year-wise)

List of existing commitments and ongoing works

List of works for which tenders already submitted

Banker Details for reference

Construction equipment owned by the tenderer and equipment proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded

Reports on the financial standing of the tenderer, such as profit and loss statements and auditor’s reports for the last five years

Qualification and experience of the key technical and management personnel in permanent employment with the tenderer and those that are proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded

KPWD Civil Registration Certificate

Each tenderer should demonstrate availability of few key equipments/machinery for execution of the work.However as per Govt circular No.GO FD/AE 263/EXP12-2022 dt 11-05-2022,this clause for owning key equipments for works costing upto Rs.3.00 crores is exempted. However it is obligatory for the contractor to use the following machineries for various activities involved in construction as per MORTH specification 1) Hot Mix Plant 40/60 TPH or Mini mix plant2) Road Roller3) Vehicle mounted Mechanical Asphalt Sparyer4) Water Tanker5) Excavator like JCB/Hitachi

To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years 2019-20, 2020-21 2021-22,2022-23&2023-24 achieved in at least two financial years a minimum financial turnover in all classes of civil engineering construction works only of Rs 242.11 Lakhs(in all classes of civil engineering construction works only) and to UPLOAD ORIGINAL CA TURNOVER CERTIFICATE WITH UDIN NO

Liquid Assets and or availability of credit facilities of no less than Rs.60.53 Lakhs (Credit Lines or letter of credit or certificates from the banks for meeting the fund requirement etc

Maximum of Civil Engineering works executed in any one year during the last five years (updated to 2024-25 price level) taking into account the completed as well as works in progress. (Financial turnover of previous years shall be given a weight of 10% per year to bring them to the price level of the 2024-25)

The tenderer shall furnish ,as part of his tender,EMD in the amount as shown in column 4 of the table of IFT for this particular work.The E.M.D. Rs.200000.00 shall be paid in full through E-payment or in two parts part(1)Rs.1,00,000/- BY E-PAYMENT. Part (2) balance EMD of Rs.100000.00 EMD shall be in favour of Executive Engineer, PWD Bagalkote Division Bagalkote. And should be in the form of Bank Guarantee in the Prescribed format obtained from any Nationalised / Scheduled Bank.
