Providing ,laying , spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 KN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming stone screening/ binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregates, watering and compacting to the required density grading-2 as per technical specification clause 405,Using stone screening 3) Grading-III (A) manual means

Prime Coat Providing and applying primmer coat with bitumen emulsion (SS-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer @ 0.70 kg-1.0 kg/ sqm using mechanical means as per technical specification clause 502.

Tack Coat (iii) Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor @ 0.25-0.30 kg/ sqm on prepared granular treated with primer and cleaned with hydraulic broom as per technical specification clause 503.

Semi - Dense Bituminous Concrete (Providing and laying semi dense bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 to 5% of mix and filler transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the reqd. grade, lavel and alignment,rolling with smooth wheeled,vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoSRT&H cl. no.508. complete in all respect. For GradingII(10 mm nominal size)

Providing and laying of themoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5 mm is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from streaks and holes.

Road Markers/Road Stud with Lens Reflector Providing and fixing of road stud 100 x 100 mm die cast in aluminium, resistant to corrosive effect of salt and grit, fitted with lense reflectors, installed in concrete or asphaltic surface by drilling holes 30 mm upto a depth of 600 mm and bedded in a suitable bituminous grout or epoxy mortar, all as per BS:873 (Part 4) 1973.

Traffic Signs Providing and fixing of retro-reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC:67 made of encapsulated lens type reflective sheeting vide clause 1701.2.3 fixing over aluminium sheeting, 1.5 mm thick supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75mm x 75mm x 6mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly design foundation with M15 grade cement concrete 450mm x 450mm x 600mm, 600mm below ground level as per drawing and technical specification clause 801 (ii) 60 cm equlateral triangle
