Macadamization of road from Shiv Mandir to onwards

Engaging JCB engaged for site clearance/removing malba from road surface, surface dressing, etc.

Providing and laying RBM in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, breaking clods, watering, rolling each layer with 1/2 tonne roller, or wooden or steel rammers, and rolling every 3rd and top-most layer with power roller of minimum 8 tonnes and dressing up, in embankments for roads, flood banks, marginal banks, and guide banks etc., (incl. all leads, lifts and carriage complete)

Providing & Laying WBM Grade - II with specified stone agg. & binding material including Screaning, sorting. spreading to template & consolidation with power road roller of minimum 8 ton capacity. Base course with 63mm to 45mm size including stone screaning 13.20mm size

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate (size range 53 mm to 0.075 mm ) to wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, for all leads & lifts, laying in uniform layers with mechanical paver finisher in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity to achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge (incl. all leads, lifts and carriage complete)

Providing and applying tack coat using hot straight bitumen of grade VG-30 inclu. heating the bitumen, spraying the bitumen with mechanically operated spray unit fitted on bitumen boiler, cleaninig the ex. Road surface as per specification on WBM surface surface @0.750 kg /sqm

Providing and laying of 25mm thick semi-dense bituminous concrete on prepared surface with specified graded crushed aggregate for wearing coarse as specified straight run / cut back bitumen of grade 60/70 @ 5% by weight of total mix including hot mixing of stone aggregate and bitumen in hot mix plant, transporting mixed material and laying mixed material with paver finisher to the required level and grade rolling with road roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity to achieve the required compaction and density including applying tack coat with mechanically operated spray unit fitted on bitumen boiler cleaning and preparing the existing road surface including cost of bitumen ( as per most specification 511 )

Providing and laying bituminous macadam using crushed stone aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder, transported to site by tippers, laid over a previously prepared surface with paver finisher equipped with electronic sensor to the required grade, level and alignment and rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers as per specifications to achieve the desired compaction and density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge.50 to 100 mm average compacted thickness with bitumen ofgrade VG-30 @ 3.5% (percentage by weight of total mix) prepared in Drum Type Hot Mix Plant of 60-90 TPH capacity

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (hydraulic excavator) in trenches forfoundations, drains, pipes, cables etc. (not exceeding 1.5 m in width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 sqm on plan, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out excavated earth and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed, within a lead of 50 metres:
