Supply, laying, testing and commissioning of HT cable, XLPE insulated, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip, armoured, heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 11000 volts grade, of cross sectional area 95 sqmm, 3.0 core confirming to IS specification complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply, laying, testing and commissioning of HT cable, XLPE insulated, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip, armoured, heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 11000 volts grade, of cross sectional area 120 sqmm, 3.0 core confirming to IS specification complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation in trenches in soft/ loose soil, not exceeding 1.5 metre deep and not exceeding 1.5 metre width and getting out soil including forming bottom surface to required slope/ gradient for laying cables/ pipes etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : (i) Excavation shall be made carefully in order to avoid damage of existing cables and protection covers.

Returning, filling in (soils) including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers of 25 cm thick after the cables etc. are laid, jointed and tested complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removal of surplus excavated spoil (Soils) not exceeding 50 metre distance and depositing where directed by Engineer-in-Charge at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Sand cushioning to UG cable 8cm thick before laying the cable and 15 cm above the cable as specified in SSR to under ground cable including punning down of sand in layer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: (i) Consolidated/ Punned sand thickness shall be considered for purpose of payment. (ii) Sand shall be same as specified for plastering work.

Supply and laying factory made un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HV, type-1, flat of size 300 mm x 180 mm x 40 mm for protection of HT cable laid flat length wise prependicular to the axis of cable complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing GI pipe, 'light grade' 100 mm bore size, ISI Marked for protection to cable along the pole/ across road crossing/ passing through culvert complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination, heat shrinkable type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armored aluminium conductor XLPE cable of size 50 to 95 Sqmm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination, heat shrinkable type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armored aluminium conductor XLPE cable of size 120 Sqmm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for cable route indicator made out of cast iron plate circular type 10 cm dia duly marked Blue colour marked LT cabless arrows mark up side duly welded with angle iron 45 mm x 45 mm equal size and 45 cm long, including grouting on ground with PCC 1:3:6, type C-2, as in foundation & earth work excavation etc complete all as specified an as directred by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & Fixing Air brake Switch, gang operated, triple pole, mechanically operated mounted on HT insulators (12 insulators pin type) and MS galvanised steel frame with operating mechanism operated from ground level with fixed contacts of phosphorous bronze and moving contacts of copper including operating rod for current rating upto 200 Amps, 11000 volts complete with locking arrangement, including 3 Nos drop out explusion type of fuses with fuse barrels of required capacity to suit load at site, also including provision of two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer on MS work complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing Lightening arrestor expulsion type for outdoor use complete with all fitting transmission class discharge capacity 65 KA suitable for 11000 volts including brackets, clamps, nuts and washers and connection complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for fabrication and fixing of Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of Synthetic Enamel paint on 4/6 pole 11 KV HT structure complete all as specified by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick, mild steel sheet vitreous enamelled, white, with letter figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fix with MS clamp for HT size 25 X 20 cm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenches less cutting of road and culvert at the span of upto 8 mtr for crossing of UG cable including laying of GI pipe of size up 100 mm bore complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note 1. necessary machine for inserting of pipe shall be arrenged by the contractor. Cost of the same shall deemed to be included in the quoted rates. 2. GI pipe shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of BOQ.

Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm surrounded by mixture of charcoal and salt in alternate layers burried directly in ground vertically in a pit of depth not less 2.25 metre below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth of not less than 1.50 metres below ground level connected with and including 32x6mm galvanized iron strip as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers made out of galvanized iron, 20mm dia medium grade GI pipes for watering with funnel, wire mesh and 40mm GI light grade protection pipe for GI strip and including necessary excavation, earth work, PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 concrete pit and RCC pit cover charcoal and common salt filling in alternate layers complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge on electrical plate no-3 of SSR Par-I of 2009.

Note: (i) If desirable earth resistance not obtained, earthing will be re-done by the contractor without any extra charge until it gets the required earth resistance. (ii) The test result sheet of earthing will be submitted to Engineer-in-Charge by the contractor. (iii) Quoted rates shall be deemed to include for earthing strip with protection pipe up to 7.5 M length.

Dismantling of cross-arms of M.S. channel or angle sections etc. complete and setting aside for re-use complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling insulators of any type, any size complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of ACSR or AAC conductors, any size/ type, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling earth wire, copper conductor, service feeder or distributor span complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling stay assembly complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling concrete poles/ struts, any size complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
