Pumping out water from clear water reservoir near Hostel Campus of COM & JNMH.

Decoupling the pump motor set and taking out the total assembly from bottom portion of reservior with the aid of hoisting arrangemnt by engaging skilled pump technician along with a helper.

Carrying the withdrawn P/M from site to work shop including loading & unloading charges.

Dismantling the defective P/M set part by part for detecting the actual fault.

Repairing works for Pump-Motor:- 6 HP

I) Supply & delivery of the following materials as per sample:-

a) GM Bush (For Pump) Discharge / Suction

b) GM Bush (For Motor) Rotor.

II) Rewinding the burnt out 6 HP motor with supplying water proof PVC sheathed copper wire of suitable gauge & all other materials to complete the job after necessary cleaning the slots as per direction. (Cost of winding is considered after deducting the value of burnt out coil).

Reassembling the P/M set part by part with the old & newly supplied materials as per direction of E.I.C.

Painting the repaired P/M set with supplying of approved quality paint after scrapping the old painted surface as per direction.

Carrying the withdrawn P/M from work shop to site (Distance : within 30 km) including loading & unloading charges.

S & F of 3 nos. 63 A, 415V, AC, 50HZ HRC Bolted type fuse link .

S & F of 3 nos. 20 A , 415V, AC, 50HZ HRC Bolted type fuse link.

100 mm dia, 0-7 kg/cm2 range wallmounted pressure gauge complete with steel & brass stop cocks including fitting & fixing complete.

Supply & delivery the following materials at site: a) Openwell Submersible Monobloc Pumpsets directly coupled with water proof suitable size motor having following specification. PUMP Discharge- 400 LPM / 24m3 / hr. Head- 32 mtr Shaft- SS Impeller- Bronze/GM/SS/Chrome Steel/noryl Outlet Size- 65mm/75mm/80mm Pump Efficiency- Minimum 65% MOTOR Submersible type, 3 Ph, 50 Hz AC, 415V ± 10%, wet type winding, RPM- 2900 (Preferably 5 HP). (Starting method:- DOL) NB.- Characteristic curve chart of pump set and Test certificate should be submitted during delivery.

b) Borewell Submersible pumping machinery, directly coupled with water proof suitable size motor having following specifications :- PUMP Discharge : 750 LPM / 45 m3/hr Head : 49 mtr Shaft : SS Impeller : GM/Bronze/SS/Chrome Steel Outlet Size : 65mm/80mm/100mm. Pump Efficiency (in percentage) : 65 (minimum) MOTOR Submersible type, 3 ph., 50 Hz., AC, 415V ± 10%, RPM—2900 with wet type winding (Preferably 12.5 HP) NB :- (A) H/Q charateristic curve chart for the pump set should be submitted before delivery. (B) Test certificate of pump & motor should be submitted during delivery.

c) Borewell Submersible pumping machinery, directly coupled with water proof suitable size motor having following specifications :- PUMP Discharge : 667 LPM / 40 m3/hr Head : 44 mtr Shaft : SS Impeller : GM/Bronze/SS/Chrome Steel Outlet Size : 65mm/80mm/100mm. Pump Efficiency (in percentage) : 65 (minimum) MOTOR Submersible type, 3 ph., 50 Hz., AC, 415V ± 10%, RPM—2900 with wet type winding (Preferably 10 HP) NB :- (A) H/Q charateristic curve chart for the pump set should be submitted before delivery. (B) Test certificate of pump & motor should be submitted during delivery.

d) 4 sq.mm., 3 core, 1.1 KV grade, PVC, water proof flat submersible cable suitable for above pump set.

Supply and delivery of pipes, valves, specials etc. at site as per following specifications :-

a) 80 mm. dia. UPVC column pipe with suitable thread on both side and pvc socket at one end with following dimension :-

i) 3 mtr long

ii) 1.5 mtr long

iii) C.I. adapter (top)

iv) C.I.adapter (bottom)

b) Heavy duty M.S. suspension clamp of suitable dia. made of 80mm. X 10 mm. M.S. flat with nuts, bolts, washer etc.

c) i) 80 mm. dia. CIDF Sluice valve (Non rising spindle type) - 1 no, CIDF Non return valve (Single door type) - 1 no, M.S. cross -1 no, CIDF/MS enlarger - 1 no, CIDF short piece - 2 nos. of required length, flanged tail piece - 1no, CIDF bend - 1 no, steel plug, MS nipple, flange, nuts, bolts etc. and other required materials for the job i.e. for making complete construction of delivery & wash out line conforming to relevant IS (i.e. IS 14846 for SV and IS 5312, Part - I for NRV).

NB:- (A) Test certificate of valves should be submitted at the time of the delivery.

(c) M.S. specials should be minimum 7 mm thick.

(d) Anti - snapping safety device for above pump by supplying suitable size heavy type M.S. clamp ( 3 sets ) and 1'' dia. nylon rope of required length ( double ) including supply of all necessary materials as required

Supply & fitting fixing of 100A Fuse unit (Both base & bridge) on the wall by supplying of all necessary materials as per I.E. Rules and direction

Supply & delivery of direct - on-line Starters, Relay Max. Range (9-15A), (Cat. No.- SS94351) Make- L&T/Approved Make.

Fitting & fixing of direct - on-line Starters starter (Sl No-14 )

Supply & delivery of the 100Amp four pole on load Changeover switch (side handle) in sheet enclosure 415V AC 50 Hz.

Fitting, Fixing and connection of above supplied changeover switch on the wall by supplying all necessary materials to complete the job.
