B/R PORTION Demolition of cement concrete manually / by mechanical means in ground floors or pavings and any position of any thickness (below or above ground level) incl disposal of material within 50 mtrs lead from site, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling aluminium/ Gypsum partitions, doors, windows, fixed glazing and false ceiling including disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable material with in 50 meters lead complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster, any description on brick or concrete or stone walls incl racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water, etc and removal of rubbish off 50 mtrs lead from site, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down door, windows and clerestory shutter (wooden/steel) with chowkats of area not exc 3.00 sqm and below complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing factory made uPVC white colour casement/casement cum fixed glazed windows comprising of uPVC multi-chambered frame, sash & mullion (where ever required) extruded profiles duly reinforced with 1.60 ± 0.2 mm thick galvanized mild steel section made from roll forming process of required length (shape & size according to uPVC profile), uPVC extruded glazing beads of appropriate dimension, EPDM gasket, stainless steel (SS 304 grade) friction hinges, zinc alloy (white powder coated) casement handles, G.I fasteners 100 x 8 mm size for fixing frame to finished wall, plastic packers, plastic caps & necessary stainless steel screws etc. Profile of frame & sash shall be mitred cut & fusion welded at all corners, mullion (if required) shall be also fusion welded including drilling of holes for fixing hardware's & drainage of water etc. After fixing frame the gap between frame & adjacent finished wall shall be filled with weather proof silicon sealant over backer rod of required size & of approved quality, (Single / double glass panes & silicon sealant shall be paid separately). Variation in profile dimension in higher side shall be accepted but no extra payment on this account shall be made. For uPVC frame, sash & mullion extruded profiles minus 5% tolerancein dimension i.e. in depth & width of profile shall be acceptable. Incl three track three panels sliding window with two glazed & one wire mesh panels with Aluminium channel for roller track, wool pile, nylon rollers with SS 304 body. Providing and fixing aluminium powder coated work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard sections/ appropriate Zsections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS:1285, fixing with dash through fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleatangle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainlesssteel screws (Glazing & paneling to be paid for separately) complete all as specified and directed. Note :Weight of Aluminium sections only will be measured and paid to arrive quantity in Kg.

Providing and fixing 4mm thick float glass in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete all as specified and directed. Note : EPDM rubber/neoprene gasket etc will be measured and paid under item No 07 herein above.

Providing & fixing with fully perforated 12 mm thick micro tegular edged or 10mm thick square edged GRG false ceiling tiles at all heights with GRG (Glass Fibre Reinforced Gypsum) false ceiling tiles of Size 595x595 mm of approved texture, design and patterns having moisture content less than 2%, humidity resistance of 99%, NRC0.50 to 0.75 as per IS 8225: 1987, Non combustible as per BS 476 (part 4)-1970 and light reflectance of 85% (minimum) to be laid in true horizontal level suspended on inter-locking metal T-Grid of hot dipped galvanised iron section of 0.33 mm thick (galvanized @ 120 gram per sqm including both sides) comprising of main-T runners of size 15x32 mm of length 3000 mm, cross - T of size 15x32 mm of length 1200 mm and secondary intermediate cross-T of size 15x32 mm of length 600 mm to form grid module of size 600 x 600 mm, suspended from ceiling using galvanised mild steel items (galvanizing @ 80 grams per sqm) i.e. 50 mm long, 8 mm outer diameter M-6 dash fasteners, 6 mm dia fully threaded hanger rod upto 1000 mm length and L-shape level adjuster of size 85x25x2 mm. M&L for, provding and carry out water proofing treatment to sound, moisture free concrete surface system includes preparation to remove loose dust, dirt, loose mortor, curing compound etc carry out cementious injection grouting at leakage points and construction joints using cement slurry modified with Cebex 100 plasticised expandive ground admixture supplies in 225 gm pouch, treatment of construction joints using polymer modified mortor prepare by using Nitobond SBR latects ,application of polymer modified battaat floor, wall junction, filling of annular space around rain water outlet using conbextra GP2 non shrink cementious grouts. Andulated surface and npot hole shall be treated with epoxy mortor or putty to obtained sound/levelled surface. Application of primer Nito proof WB primer on sound mortor slab surface. Followed by application of coat of Nito proof 600 PF liquid applied single component pitch free polyurithane coating supplied in 25 kg drum coverage @ 2.30 Kg/m2 to achieve 1.5 mm thickness in two coats complete including all tools and tackles as per manufactures specification. Coating shall be having crackbriding of 2 mm, elonagtion (ASTMD 124) greater than 600 percentage, tensile strength ( ASTM D412), 95 percenatge, 85 percentage of solid contantents, tear resistance (ASTM D624), 15 KN/M, shore A hardness (ASTM D 2240), 60, water vapour transmission not more than 1 gm /M2, water permeability (DIN-1048) -NIL, services temperature-40'C to 70 degree 'C', flash point greater than 70 'C' HSE guidelines:- It is recommanded to provide adequate general and local exhust ventillations, providing protection to Eye, face, Hand andother skin by wearing appropriate glose, gogle, face cilid, respiratory protection etc, directed in SDS of the product .

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work in cm 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement on wall and sides windows/doors, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @1.67litre/10sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.2 KG/10Sqm over Old/new surfaces of wall with necessary scaffolding required for painting work, safety measures etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 50 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub-floor using and including water proffing compound in cement concrete work@ 3% by weight of cement as per manufacturer instruction, etc.complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for double charged Vitrified tile of size 600 x 1200 mm, 8 to 10 mm thick polished finish with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS:15622, in all colours and shade, laid on & including 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 jointing with grey cement slurry @3.3 kg/sqm including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F ll nd class Salwood for plain, solid, straight chowkhats and frames, wrought, framed rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered, put together with glue pinned at joints, etc.complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 40 mm thick ISI marked wooden flush door shutters confirming to IS-2202, decorative type,core of construction with frame of l st class HW and well matched teak 3 ply veneering with verticle or cross grains /bands and face veneers on both face of shutters complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs 18/19 mm thick, Prelaminatd particle board, ISI marked interior grade, prelaminated on both sides with decorative choice lamination fixed with screws to timber frame work, and with rubber beading at top and front side for doors, partitions in walls in cupboards/ cabinets etc, in shelves, partitions and shelves of built-in cupboards, almirah, bookcase, racks, pelmets etc similiar works complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 150 mm long, brass handles, fabricated type polished, fixed with screws, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Surface dressing not exc 15 cm deep and getting out in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps, and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railing upto 60cm height, copings, kneelers, apex stone, bed plates and the like including weathering slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Hardcore(Broken boulder) of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L 75 mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base surface finished even and rough to receive floor topping complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 60 mm thick glossy finished cement concrete coloured interlocking rubbrised pavers block of M-35 grade with approved colour and pattern as in floors or pavements, laid over and including 30 mm thick stone dust cusioning, laid dry to the profile as directed incl cement concrete filetting to the edges in CM (1:4), all as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and as directed.
