Construction of Top Layer of Hard Shoulder with Granular Construction of Hard Shoulder by providing close graded Material conforming to specifications, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material by tippers to work site, for all leads & lifts, spreading in uniform layers of specified thickness with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge. With material conforming to Grade-I (size range 75 mm to 0.075 mm) having CBR Value-30. for Hard Shoulder

Removal of all failed material, trimming of completed excavation to provide firm vertical faces, cleaning of surface, painting of tack coat on the sides and base of excavation as per clause 503, back filling the pot holes with hot bituminous material as per clause 504, compacting, trimming and finishing the surface to form a smooth continuous surface, all as per clause 3004.2: Filling Pot-holes and Patch Repairs with Bituminous concrete, 40mm thickness.

Providing and laying C.C. pavement of mix M-20 with ready mixed concrete from batching plant. The ready mixed concrete shall be laid and finished with screed board vibrator , vacuum dewatering process and finally finished by floating, brooming with wire brush etc. complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in?charge. Filling Pot-holes and Patch Repairs with concrete during rainy season, 100mm thickness.

Providing, laying and spreading Material on a prepared sub grade, adding the designed quantity of cement to the spread Material, mixing in place with rotavator, grading with the motor grader and compacting with the road roller at OMC to achieve the desired unconfined compressive strength and to form a layer of sub-base/base.. : Cement Treated Sub Base (CTSB) as per clause 403.2 and table 400.4in Sub base/ BaseFor utilization at the Sub base in the settlement area.

Providing and applying 2.5 mm thick road marking strips (retro?reflective) of specified shade/ colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully/ semi automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater, driven by experienced operator on road surface including cost of material, labour, T&P, cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seals, oil, grease and foreign material etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge and accordance with applicable specifications.

Retro-Reflectorised Traffic Signs: (Chevron Boards at curves) Providing and fixing of retro- reflectorised cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign as per IRC :67 made of high intensity grade sheeting vide clause 801.3, fixed over aluminium sheeting, 1.5 mm thick supported on a mild steel angle iron post 75 mm x 75 mm x 6 mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M15 grade cement concrete 45 cm x 45 cm x 60 cm, 60 cm below ground level as per approved drawing: 60 cm x 60 cm square

RCC Line Cover Drains

Earth Work in Excavation: Construction of RCC covered drains of with width=1.46m, depth=1.0m, by excavation in all type soil (for depth upto 1.5m) to specified lines, grades, levels and dimensions to the requirement of MoRTH. Including dressing and ramming of sides and bottom, including getting getting out excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50m.
