SHEDULE 'A' PART VII (Misc BR & EM ITEMS Removing and refixing of Solar panels of size 1m x 1.7m each at roof slab and making good complete as specified and as directed.

Ceiling fan five star rating with double ball bearing , 350 RPM , 1200 mm sweep 140-285 volts AC 50 Hz P.F. 0.99 with super energy efficient BLDC motor & power consumption shall not be more than 28W under standard test condition along with down rod, canopy and all accessories, along with smart remote controlled all as supplied by manufacturer and making necessary electrical connection with 3 core flexible copper conductor 1100 volts grade of suitable size (not less than 1.5sqmm) and length including and making necessary electric connection etc. all as specified and as directed. Note: Contractor shall submit the guarantee from manufactufrer for ceiling fan for minimum 3 years for any defects developed during the period.

Exhaust fan, 600mm sweep , 1400 RPM , single phase , 230 volts AC, 50Hz with louver including cutting 600mm hole through wall and making good disturbed surface, including PVC insulated three core flexible copper conductor 1.5 sqmm drawn through flexible pipe connecting with ceiling rose all as specified and directed.

Exhaust fan, 300mm sweep , 1400 RPM , single phase , 230 volts AC, 50Hz with louver including cutting 300mm hole through wall and making good disturbed surface, including PVC insulated three core flexible copper conductor 1.5 sqmm drawn through flexible pipe connecting with ceiling rose all as specified and directed.

LED 34 watt 5700K, 2x2' recess mounted, extruded aluminium heat sink provided for efficient heat dissipation & integrated electronic driver complete including connecting with twin core, twisted flexible Copper conductor cable of size 1.5 sqmm from ceiling rose to light fittings all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: The Firm has to give warranty for fittings icluding driver minimum 3 years for any defect developed during period.

40 watt, 5700K, LED suspension (Pendant) luminaires with efficient diffuser ensuring perfectly uniform illumination, extruded aluminium heat sink provided for efficient heat dissipation & integrated electronic driver complete including connecting with twin core, twiested flexible Copper conductor cable of size 1.5 sqmm from ceiling rose to light fittings all as specified and directed. Note: (a)The Firm has to give warranty for fittings including driver minimum 3 years for any defect developed during period. (b) Cost of suspension system with connected accessories shall deemed to be included in quoted rate.

LED High bay luminaries having 1 x 55 watts with aluminium die cast housing for efficient thermal heat managemen and secondary modular lens optics for optimised lighting distribution to improve operational efficiency with EMC/ EMI complient potted driver, flicker free illumination with all accessories as required including suitable arrangement for fixing at wall/ ceiling with necessary fixing materials such as PVC rectangular/ round box, suitable box of suitable flexible wire from ceiling rose to light fitting all as specified and directed. Note: The Firm has to give warranty for fittings including driver minimum 3 years for any defect developed during period.

Security light fitting LED 45 watt complete with pressur die-cast housing along with prismatic polycarbonate modular secondary lens optics with IP66 ingress protection and impact resistance of IK08. 4kV inbuilt and 10kV external surge protection with top opening driver cover for easy maintenance with provision of PVC insulated stranded copper conductor cable of size 2X1.5 Sqmm and 1x1.1.5Sqmm as earth wire from junction box to street light bracket including bracket made of GI pipe 40mm 1.2 mtr long bend to shape and fixing with necessary clamp for bracket, MS nut bolts etc complete all as specified and directed.
