Dismantling Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as specified and directed

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. but cement or cement lime plaster,any description

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any clour having yeild strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for machine cut Kota stone slab flooring 20 to 25 mm thick over cement screed bed of 20 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry, mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 20 to 25 mm thick machine cut Kota stone in risers of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid on backing layer of 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3, laid and jointed, pointed with grey cement slurry, mixed with pigments to match the sheds including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 15 mm thick cement plaster in two layer (10mm + 5mm) external coat mixed with WPC on fair faces of bricks/ concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 including plastered surfaces shall be finished even & fair all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Change Note :- WPC will be measured separately.
