M&L for attending of water supply complaints for any leakage/ blockage in GI pipe lines of size 20mm/25mm bore taking up serviceable/ unserviceable GI water pipe line including all fittings/fixtures from trench and supply and laying GI tubing with GI fittings such as GI socket /Nipple/union socket / Tee /reducer etc. 20mm/25mm bore with necessary cutting, threading complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Excavation earth work above 1 mtr shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this schedule.

Note :- i) The photographs of OHR, sumps before and after cleaning be submitted to Engineer-in-charge for records. (a) Semi underground sump of capacity 10000 gallons at INS Utk.

M&L for taking out of unserviceable open well submersible pump set of 10 to 15 HP capacity, single phase/3 phase 415V 50Hz AC Supply, from the open well at surface treatment plant / fountain Utkrosh area and transporting to civil workshop to carry out the servicing and replacement of the requisite unserviceable spare parts for its smooth functioning by dismantling the same, including rewinding the unserviceable electric motor with super enamelled copper winding wire of suitable/existing size and suitable insulating materials including varnishing and heating in a heat chamber with proper temperature and assembling the pump set, and taking back to site including refixing in its original position, proper alignment for pump and motor and testing on completion to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge and painting the complete pump set with one coat of synthetic enamel paint all as specified and as directed. Notes : (a) The cost of spare parts and gland packing shall be measured and paid separately. (b) The cost of replacement of minor parts / items such as nut, bolt, washer, check nuts etc, shall be deemed to be included in the Unit rate of this item. (c) Old unserviceable materials, parts etc, shall become contractor's property and necessary recovery as per Schedule of credit shall be deducted from contractor.
