REPAIR RESURFACING OF ROAD WORK AT OTM ACCN AND 727 SU AT 1 WG AF STN UNDER GE AF SRINAGAR

Scarifying or picking gravelled macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces exc 50 mm and n.exc 100 mm deep in area exc 400 sqm complete all as specifed and directed.

Material and labour for WBM 75 mm thick (compacted thickness) with coarse aggregates (lime stone, sand stone, flint or quartzite) of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) or of grading 3 (50 tmm size), spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required with 8 to 12 tonne power roller watering as necessary including filling hollows and depression to required gradient and camber, complete all as specifed and directed.

All as per srl no 2.00 but as except material, complete all as specifed and directed.

Preparing unsurfaced water bound macadem surfaces brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying evenly a priming/tack coat with VG-30 @ 10Kgs/X sqm, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for premixed bituminous macadam with 4% of binder content by weight of total mix using paving bitumen VG-30 laid with self propelling mechanical paver, rolled & compacted to required gradient and camber using 8 to 10 tonne power roller (consolidated thickness 75 mm or less) to make good the cut edges of roads etc, including cleaning or sweeping before application of tack coat complete all as specified and directed.

Preparing existing black top surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing cake mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for applying evenly a priming/tack coat with VG-30 @ 5Kgs/X sqm, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for bituminous premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete 40mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content using paving bitumen VG-30 by weight by total mix to be laid with self propelling mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with initial rolling using 8 to 12 tonne power roller followed by an intermediate smooth wheel pneumatic roller of 15 to 30 tonne having type pressure of 7 kg/sqm and the surface finished by final rolling with 8 to 10 tonne tandem roller, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for repair to potholes any depth, not exc 1.00 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc cutting around edges to at least 30mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat using VG 30 @ 5 kg per 10 sqm and putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8 kg per 10 sqm, binded with 0.09 cum of stone chippings, 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings), depth of potholes exc 30 mm, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5 mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes,arrows, etc. and like n. exc 10 cm wide on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of aprroved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete unreinforced in ground floors and paving n exc 15 cm thickness ( below or above ground level all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape, colour and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness M-35 Grade with grey cement and pigment all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation. Complete all as specified and direction by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for 75 mm thick cement concrete type D2, 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate)as in sub base complete all as spciified and directed.
