Cartage of following material from ESC Noida/Sahibabad/ Ghaziabad /Any other ESC of Meerut Discom to JE Store and from JE store to various points site of work including loading and unloading at both ends : -

33 KV 3Cx300 Sq.mm. OD Termination Kit.

Providing & Fixing of following material of standard make / best quality for complete the work as per site requirement & RESPO norms by the contractor at his own cost : -

PG Clamp

Cable RCC / Stone Route Marker yellow colour with proper marking.

Making of 33 KV 3Cx300 Sq.mm. OD Termination Kit.

Drilling of suitable dia 160 mm by trenchless method by horizontal boring machine at a depth of 1.5 mtrs below the ground level for road crossing / laying of 33 KV cable with Road Restoration in accordance witgh GPR Survey. Any damage to Road part from estimate shall be responsibility of contractor shall take NOC permission from concerned Authority & Restore as per their norms.

Providing of 06 Mtr long pieces of HDPE pipe PN 4, PE 63, 160mm Dia (PVVNL approved) after inspection of competent committee at manufacturing site of the items with actual guarantee period.

Laying and interconnecting of above 06 Mtr long pieces of HDPE pipe (PN 4, PE 63, 160mm Dia) (PVVNL approved) in trench for laying of 33 KV cable complete in all respects..

Digging of pits of size 4 mtr x 4 mtr x 1.5 mtr for cable loop.

Providing & Fixing of HDPE Socket suitable for HDPE pipe 160mm dia.

Tree prunning / cutting as per work site requirement.

Laying and pulling of 33 KV XLPE Cable 3x300 Sq.mm. through HDPE pipe complete in all respects.

Laying of 33 KV XLPE Cable 3x300 Sq.mm. by open cut method with brick, sand & tali complete in all respects as per RESPO norms for replacement / laying of 33 KV cable with Road Restoration in accordance witgh GPR Survey. Any damage to Road part from estimate shall be responsibility of contractor shall take NOC permission from concerned Authority & Restore as per their norms.

Hi port test for 33 KV 3x300 sq.mm XLPE cable.

Hoisting of 33 KV 3x300 sq mmXLPE cable on double pole structure through GI pipe 6 inch dia 3 mtr long fixed on pole structure including its jumpering complete with clamps, bolts and nuts.
