M & L for Blocking of Incoming sewage water in collection sump, dewatering desilting, and taking out accumulated sludge. Sitti Mud etc, from sewage collection sump and connected channels including scrapping down and cleaning internal surface of walls. Floors, Roofs, Mechanical Parts and cleaning blockage or washout channels. pipes Drainage system etc. and removing the same to a distance not exc 50 Metre and reopening or blockage of sump with Painting of external surface should be cement based paint complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Chargeas .

M & L for cleaning of Equalization tank/ grit chamber/ oil & grease chamber/ silting chamber of Sewage Water in the tank and Removing or settle down Sewage sludge cum mud/De-Silting etc and surface preparation by means Of separating, brushing. cleaning with Painting of external surface should be cement based paintall as required at site and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for cleaning Of Aeration-I and Extended Aeration -2 of Sewage treatment plant and Removing Of settle down Sewage sludge cum mud or Silting etc and surface preparation by means of scraping, brushing, cleaning directed by the Engineering-in-charge.

M & L for cleaning of Clarifier or Clari-Flocculator of Sewage treatment plant and Removing of settle down Sewage sludge cum mud De-Silting etc and making good the patches on walls internally or externally in cement mortar 1:3 where required and surface preparation by means of scraping, brushing, cleaning with painting of external surface should be cement based paintall as required at site and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge for Sewage tank of size as per drawings attached

M & L for cleaning of chlorine contact tank of STP by removing of all deposited sludge. scale or other unwanted materials from the tank by any means and removing the same away and after cleaning, washing and scraping the wall and surface preparation by means of scraping. brushing, cleaning with painting of external surface should be cement based paintcomplete all as specified and directed by Engr.in-Charge.

M & L for cleaning or sludge drying bed of Sewage treatment plant and Removing of settle down Sewage sludge cum mud, De-Silting etc and surface preparation by means of scraping. brushing, cleaning directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for Repair & Servicing of Collection Sump or Main pump house submersible pump motor, power rating 10 HP, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Repair & Servicing of Aeration – I & II surface mounted aerator motor, power rating 12.5 HP, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Repair & Servicing of Tertiary feed pump & motor, power rating 7.5 HP complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Repair & Servicing of Activated Sludge return or Sludge collection pump & motor, power rating 3 HP complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L replacement of Sludge drying bed for Sewage Treatment Plant , quartz silica sand 32-64 grade, 16-32 grade , 8-16 grade, by manufacture’s authorised rep/specialized STP repairing agency complete all as specified and directed.
