Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering - -All work upto plinth level: ( 1 Cement: 5 coarse sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) (DSR 4.1.10)

Brick work with common burnt clay selected F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in exposed brick work including making horizontal and vertical grooves 10 mm wide 12 mm deep complete in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand): Above plinth level upto floor V level (DSR 6.26.2)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering -All work upto plinth level: 1:2:4 ( 1 Cement: 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate ) 20 mm nominal size. complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge. (DSR 4.1.3)

Providing and laying 15 mm cement plaster of mix Complete in all respect to entire satisfaction of the Engineer-In-Charge.(DSR13.5.1)

Providing and applying 1mm thick wall putty (Birla/K.K etc) with smooth surface over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-In-charge

Pointing on brick work or brick flooring with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) (Flush/Ruled/Stuck or weathered pointing ) (DSR 13.31.1)

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) (DSR 13.46.1)

Providing and fixing M.S. Box Bollard made of 75 x 40mm M.S. Channelfilled with PCC and 9" long anchored piece of M.S. flat welded at bottom of 75 x 10mm embedded in cement concrete 1:2:4 blocks size 1'-0" x 1'-0" x 1'-0" and painted with 3 coat of special quality paint including one coat of primer and two coat of paint complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-In-Charge.
