Construction Of PLF Building @ Ward No 4 H/O Yeathapur (T.P)

Earth work Excavation in all soils and Sub Soil to full depth as may be directed except in hard rock requiring blasting but inclusive of shoring strutting, Sectioning the street to lay concrete pavement etc.,

Collection and supply of sand and filling in to the basement including cost and conveyance to the site and all labour charges for filling as per standard speecifications

Cement concrete 1 : 4 : 8 mix using 40mm HBG metal for foundation including watering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick., compacting etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed for foundation

Refilling the basement with excavated earth other than sand etc., complete complying the Standard specification.

Brick work in cement mortar 1:5 (One cement and five sand) using country bricks ground moulded of size 8 3/4" x4 1/4" x2 1/4"cm. For the following including curing,etc., complete complying with standard specification

CEMENT CONCRETE 1:1.5:3 mix using 20mm machine crushed 20mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for all reinforced cement concrete works connected to this work excluding cenetering, shuttering and cost of reinforcement grills placed in position, but including laying, vibrating, curing and finishing, fixing fan clamps in the RCC floor and roof slab works wherever necessary and bearing surfaces of the wall at the sides and bottom of the slab, beams shall be finished smooth with cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three sand ) and Kraft paper laid without claiming extra cost etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and erecting shuttering including necessary supports for plane surface in foundation and basement and in all floors for RCC column footings, column, pedestals, plinth beam, grade beams, raft slabs, staircase steps, bed blocks, critical pier etc., using mild steel sheets of size 90 x 60 cm & 10 gauge stiffened, welded with steel angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm for boarding laid over silver oak (country wood) joists of size 10cm x 6.5cm spaced at about 90 cm centre to centre and supported by casuarina props of 10cm to 13cm dia spaced at 75cm centre to centre complete complying with standard specification and as directed (S.I.155)

Supplying fabricating and placing in position mild steel or nibbled for steel for all reinforced cement concrete works as per the desing given including cost of steel and binding wire in all floors etc. complete complying with standard specification (MS rods or RTS bars will be supplied department sally at section stores and cost will be recovered at issue rate). The binding wire shall be supplied by the Contractor.

Finishing the exposed surface of RCC item of work such as slabs, beams, sunshade, facia, canopy slab, staircase waist slab, landing slab etc., with CM 1:3, 10mm thick. including raking the surface. The rate is to include the cost of providing cement mortar beading or nosing for sunshades & staircase steps, landing slabs etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Plastering with CM 1:5, 12mm thick. including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Plastering with CM 1:3, 20mm thick. including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Finished with one course of pressed tiles of size 23x23x2cm with cement mortar 1:3 mix and pointed with the same oiled mortar including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete.

Paving the floor with best quality Vitrified Tiles of size 600 x 600 x 8mm of approved colour, shade and quality laid in cement mortar 1:3 (one cement and three sand) 20mm thick in all floors and the top pointed with the white cement mixed same colour pigment

Paving the floor with ANTI SKID tiles including cost and conveyance and all charges etc complete.

Dadooing of walls with glazed tiles of size 300 mm x 200 mm x 6mm laid in CM 1:2, 10mm thick & pointing with white cement using 0.4kg/cm2

Distempering two coats with approved Distemper over two coat of Priming coat of Cement Paint cement plastered wall surface, ceiling and other new surface including cleaning, preparing the surface, curing, scaffolding charges etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.( NEW SURFACE)

Painting two coats with approved Exterior Emulsion over one coat of Priming coat of Cement Paint over cement plastered wall surface, ceiling and other new surface including cleaning, preparing the surface, curing, scaffolding charges etc., complete

Painting two coats over New iron works using ready mixed enamel paint including cost and conveyance of paint and all labour charges etc complete

Supplying and fixing P.V.C rainwater down fall pipe of 110mm dia with necessary shoes, bends,& clamps etc.,

Europeon Water Closet with all fittings and 10lit capacity flusing tank

Wiring with 2 X 1.5 sqmm (22/0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed Cu.
