Cleaning of CI.SGSW pipe of 100 mm bore from gully trap/WC to first manhole by rodding/choke remover manually as in fowl condition after taking off the manhole cover and placing the manhole cover (Old) in position including sealing around manhole cover where required complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: (i) The rates quoted in the above item includes cost of T&P like rods, bamboos, etc complete. (ii) Minimum 2 persons sewer man shall be deployed by contractor and they shall be present on all working days from 0830 hrs to 1700 hrs for maintenance of sewage lines. The persons will be detailed by JE/AGE concerned every morning for attending complaints on daily basis. (iii) Inspection of sewage line and preventive repair/maintenance to be carried out by the contractor in routine without waiting for the complaints from users. The record of the same shall be maintained by the contractor. (iv) The complaint has to be rectified within 08 hrs as given in complaint register, failing which penalty will be imposed @ Rs.100/- per complaint per day.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth for foundations etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.50 Metre in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

All as per srl item No 1 but exceeding 1.5m and not exceeding 3m deep complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

All as per srl item No 1 but exceeding 3m and not exceeding 4.5m deep complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Returning filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cms in soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Removing excavated material (soil) not exceeding 50Mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Cleaning of sewage lines of size 150mm dia and over including man holes through chassis mounted Diesel run vehicles mounted hydraulic operated high pressure suction cum getting sewer cleaning machine KAMBI-10 LCHB fitted with international standard pumps having 3000 ltrs suction capacity operating by skilled operator with supervisor cum engineer for cleaning/ partial desilting of manholes and sewer lines as per guide lines laid in IS-11972 (1987) and complete cleaning of site all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Jetting of the sewer line shall be carried out by high pressure system of w2200 PSI/Suction. The work shall be carried out as and when required basis for required lengths at various locations.

Demolition of brick work including all quoins, arches, pillar etc. built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for brick work with subclass 'B' Bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 mtr mean radius built in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) to brick/concrete wall surfaces finished even & smooth (without using extra cement) with water proofing compound at the rate of 3% by weight of cement or as per the manufacturer’s instructions complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: WPC shall be measured and paid for separately

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for providing plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 by using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition & breaking up of 150 mm bore drain pipes (salt glazed ware, AC or reinforced pipes) including PCC bed and haunching set in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition & breaking up of 200 mm bore drain pipes (salt glazed ware, AC or reinforced pipes) including PCC bed and haunching set in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. NOTE FOR SCH ITEM NO’S 16 & 17: Excavation and earth work if any required shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items in this schedule.

M&L for providing plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in concrete bed to drain pipes of 150 mm bore including packing under & haunching against the sides of pipe after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for providing plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in concrete bed to drain pipes of 200 mm bore including packing under & haunching against the sides of pipe after they are laid and tested complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Use and waste form work to sides and soffits of floor, roof beams, beam haunching, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, over hangers etc also splays between floor and beam etc for rough finished surfaces of concrete flat complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Reinforced cement concrete (1:2:4) (Nominal Mix) Type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate slabs supported on walls, beams, and columns, in floors, roof, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slab and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for MS TMT bar 10 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire annealed not less than 0.9 mm dia and conforming to Fe 500 or Fe 550D complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Removing floor/ Nahani trap cover, cleaning the trap by removing greasy substances, sludge etc with or without use of chock remover manually ensuring free flow of waste water, fixing of the trap cover using neat cement paste complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Cleaning of the existing drain pipes of 150mm internal dia up to 1.50 mtr depth by roding manually as required at site from manhole and well flushing after cleaning including getting out the sludge if any and liquid materials from connecting manholes, deposited in lines including removing the solids and sludge to outside defence land by covered transport and cutting the bushes around the manholes and on the route of the sewer line upto 1 metre width complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

All as per item No 35 here-in-before but for 200mm dia and depth from 1.5 to 3.00 mtr depth including cutting bushes around the manholes and on the route of sewer line upto 1 metre width complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F in repairs, urinal half stall vitreous china coloured supplied with PTMT integrated spreader for even flow of water, installed with concealed 'Z' brackets, including brass chromium plated 32mm bore bottle trap, waste coupling complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F in repairs, urinal spreader of CP of any colour for fixing with 15 mm dia pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for dewatering /de-sludging of soakage well filled with of liquid or semi liquid waste by water sucking hydraulic pressure machine including cleaning of all sludge silt residue of both organic & inorganic nature by mechanical scrappers etc in any position & disposal off all the waste outside defence area as per prevailing rules of local authorities. The de-sludging of sewage soakage well is to be carried out up to the bottom slab of sewage sump/ sewage/soakage well/septik tank complete. The sewage well wall & bottom slab to be cleaned by water with high pressure upto entire satisfaction of Engr-in-charge including necessary safety precautions to be adhered during working as per the prevailing local authorities rules. Note: The quoted rates shall be included for hydraulic pressure machine for this item.

Cutting of bushes, weeds, vegetation etc removing all the waste to a distance exceeding 250mtr from oxidator pond complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for removing silt/soil, any description from the storm drains of size not exceeding 3 metre depth and 3 metre wide and removing the same to a distance not exceeding 1000 metres and depositing where directed complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L 100mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B1 by using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in flooring including finishing the concrete surface smooth & even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Forming construction joints 30mm deep and 10 mm wide filled with sealing compound grade A complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down the cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc. including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) to brick or concrete wall surfaces finished even & smooth without using extra cement with/without water proofing compound at the rate of 3% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer instructions complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) to brick or concrete wall surfaces finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note: WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for two coats of cement based paint over a coat of white wash on new surfaces of walls including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L in replacement for pre cast perforated RCC drain cover with frame (rectangular or square) the area of each cover should not be more than 0.5 square mtr and thickness of 60mm each with holes manufactured with M-30 grade of concrete by Vibro Compaction process using accurately designed molds and as suitable reinforced to enable the cover to take load i.e 20 MT for Heavy duty (when tested as per IS-12592) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. M&L for removal of old existing treatment of walls surfaces and applying a coat of white cement base wall care putty in patches as required and as directed by Engr-in-charge finished even and smooth with sand pater and applying on coat of exterior weather proof water base emulsion paint (APEX) in white or tinted complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: Quoted rate shall be deemed to be included for work in buildings/structure of any height.

All as per item No 51 above but applying one coat of colour wash to old plastered or unplastered surface of walls, upto any height complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
