Earthwork in open / Surface Excavation not exceeding 300mm in depth but exceeding 1.5m in width as well as 10 sq.m on plan in all types of soil, mixture of gravel and disintegrated rock, hard stiff clay including grading and levelling neatly by breaking clods, disposal of excavated earth upto 50m lead & lift upto 1.5m, (Disposed soil to be levelled by breaking clods, if any and neatly dressed) etc., all complete as per specifications.

All kinds of soil upto 1.50mtr depth

Excavating trenches of required width by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means for pipes, cables etc., for depth upto 1.5m in all kinds of soil including excavation for sockets, dressing of sides, ramming of bottoms, getting out the excavated soil and then refilling the soil as required in layers not exceeding 200mm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering etc., and disposing of surplus excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50m, (Disposed soil to be levelled by breaking clods, if any and neatly dressed), etc., all complete as per specification.

Disposal of surplus excavated earth / Debris by collecting, loading, transporting by mechanical means and unloading them at places as shown by the Department within a lead specified below and levelling, etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: 1) The rates in respect of this item are applicable for the NET Quantities arrived at after making deductions for voids @ 20% in respect of soil and @ 50% in respect of rock from the corresponding stack / truck measurements. 2) The earth shall be dumped well inside the dumping yard and not over approach pathway road.

Exceeding 1 Km but not exceeding 2 Kms

Providing gravel base of approved thickness for flooring, kerbwall, etc., including supplying gravel, spreading gravel in uniform layers, watering, ramming, consolidating, dressing the top surface to the required level, etc., all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying in position of plain cement concrete using hard granite broken stone for all insitu levelling courses in foundations, floor, roof screeding, encasing pipes, etc., including mechanical mixing, ramming, compaction, levelling, curing, dewatering, if any including the cost of formwork etc., all complete as per specifications.

1 : 2 : 4 (1 cement : 2 sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

1 : 5 : 10 (1 cement : 5 sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size)

Providing and laying 100mm thick Base course under the flooring with cement concrete 1:5:10 using 25mm size hard broken stone including mechanical mixing, ramming, compaction, levelling, formwork, curing etc., complete as per specifications.

Providing and laying Random Rubble masonry in Cement mortar 1 : 6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand) in foundation and plinth using hard granite stones obtained from approved quarry including bond stones of 2 Nos/Sq.m at 1.5 to 1.8 mtrs apart, raking out joints, curing, etc., all as per standard specification.

Providing and laying Random Rubble masonry at all levels using hard granite stones retrieved from dismantled RR Masonry in Cement mortar 1 : 6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand) including Sunk / flush pointing in CM 1:3, bond stones of 2 Nos/Sqm at 1.5 to 1.8 mts apart, raking out joints, curing, dismantling the existing RR masonry and disposing the dismantled debris within 2Kms lead, etc., all as per standard specification.

Providing and laying brick masonry in Cement Mortar 1:6 with well burnt chamber bricks / FALG Bricks of approved quality in all shapes and sizes including scaffolding, curing, raking out joints, etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and constructing 110mm thick brick work in Cement Mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand) for partition / Kerb walls using well burnt chamber bricks / FALG Bricks of approved quality including scaffolding, curing etc., complete all as per specifications.

Plastering the ceiling / exposed surfaces of concrete with CM 1:3; 6mm thick to make the surface uniform, free from undulations and imperfections including hacking pock marking of surfaces with pointed tool, scaffolding, curing at all lifts etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in­charge.

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5, 12mm thick for brickwork / Concrete on internal faces at all lifts including scaffolding, curing and forming grooves wherever necessary all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in­charge.

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5, 12mm thick for brickwork / Concrete on its external faces at all lifts including scaffolding, curing and forming grooves wherever necessary all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in­charge. [Note: 6mm premium glass fibre of make Dugar & Co or Recron shall be mixed with Cement @ 60 gms of glass fibre per 50kgs of cement]

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5; 12mm thick for brickwork for internal faces, finished smooth with including scaffolding, curing and forming grooves wherever necessary and including chipping the plastering, applying bonding agents, disposing the dismantled debris, etc all complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer.

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5; 12mm thick for brickwork for external faces, finished smooth with including scaffolding, curing and forming grooves wherever necessary and including chipping the plastering, applying bonding agents, disposing the dismantled debris, etc all complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer. [Note: 6mm premium glass fibre of make Dugar & Co or Recron shall be mixed with Cement @ 60 gms of glass fibre per 50kgs of cement]

Plastering with cement mortar 1:3; 20mm thick including supplying and mixing of water proofing compound of approved make at the rate of 2% (Two percent) by weight of cement or as specified by manufacturer including finishing smooth with a floating coat of neat cement including chipping the plastering applying bonding agents,disposing the dismantled debris etc., all complete at all lifts as per specification.

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side at all height made with 40mm diameter M.S. tube spaced @ 1.5m center to center at both horizontal and vertical tubes, joining with cup and lock system with M.S.tube, M.S.tube challies, M.S clamps and M.S staircase system in the scaffolding for working platform etc., and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall be stiffened with bracings, runners connection with the building, etc., Wherever required for the inspection of work at required location with essential safety features for the workmen, etc., complete as per directions and approval of Engineer-in-charge. (Note: The elevational area of the scaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding.)

Providing and casting insitu Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:2:4 using machine crushed hard broken granite stone of nominal size 20mm including mechanical mixing, transporting, placing at all lifts, vibrating, consolidation, curing, finishing smooth all exposed faces, for all insitu concrete items, etc. as per drawings and specifications. Note : The rate quoted shall be exclusive of reinforcement and formwork which will be paid for separately under relevant items.

Supplying, placing in position and removing Formwork for all insitu concrete works including sloped roof and arches etc., as per drawings and specifications, all centering, scaffolding complete (Measurement for the formwork shall be the area of forms in contact with concrete surfaces).

Providing, cutting, bending, placing and binding steel reinforcement using TMT bars of Fe-500D grade in all reinforced cement concrete works including preparation of bar bending schedules, cutting, bending, fixing, tieing in position with 1.6 mm dia soft drawn annealed binding wire, cost of cover blocks in C.M 1:2, etc., complete as per specifications and drawings. Important Note: The required quantity of steel reinforcement as mentioned in the schedule should be procured by the contractor only of SAIL, Rashtriya Ispat Nigam Limited (VIZAG), TATA Steel & JINDAL from authorised dealers which shall conform to IS: 1786 (Latest Edition).

Labour charges for cutting, bending, placing and binding steel reinforcement using TMT bars of Fe-500 grade in all reinforced cement concrete works including collecting from GSO stores, cutting, bending, fixing, tieing in position with 1.6 mm dia soft drawn annealed binding wire, including cost of cover blocks in C.M 1:2 and cost of binding wire, etc., complete as per specifications and drawings. Important Note: The required quantity of steel reinforcement will be supplied by the Department at free of cost.

Replacing the existing damaged vitrified tiles by dismantling/ out of the damaged portion and providing and laying first quality Jointless polished vitrified tile of size 600 x 600mm ±10mm with water absorptions less than 0.08% conforming to IS: 15622 of KAJARIA or SOMANY or JOHNSON or other approved equivalent make for flooring and skirting in all colours, shades and design of approved pattern including setting over base layer of 20mm thick in cement mortar 1:4, jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg per sqm or by using cerabond or other approved adhesive, grouting the joints with epoxy based joint filling material or other equivalent jointing materials, curing, cleaning the surface with acid wash including chipping out the existing IPS/ mosaic flooring and disposing the dismantled debris at suitable places shown at site within 2Km lead, etc., all complete as per specification and as directed by Engineer in charge. (Note:- The sample shall be got approved by the Engineer-in-charge before making bulk order).

Providing and laying 1st quality Rectified (Jointless) Ceramic floor tiles (Glazed or Anti-skid) of size 300 x 300 mm or more confirming to IS : 15622 of KAJARIA (Approved concept of Digital Series) or SOMANY (Digital Series - Glasstra) or JOHNSON (Approved concept of Satin & Rustic / Glossy series) or other approved make in all colours, shades in Floors laid over 20 mm thick cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand) jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg per Sq.m or by using Cement based high polymer modified quick set tile adhesive (water based) or other approved tile adhesive including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., all complete as per specification.

Providing and fixing 1st quality Rectified (Jointless) Glazed ceramic wall tiles of approved concept series confirming to IS 15622 of "KAJARIA / SOMANY / JOHNSON" or other approved make in all colours, shades of following sizes in Skirting, Risers of steps and Dados laid over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1 : 3 (1 Cement : 3 Coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg per Sq.m or by using Cement based high polymer modified quick set tile adhesive (water based) or other approved tile adhesive including providing Motiff tiles, pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade, curing, etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Wall tiles of 300x450 mm or more [KAJARIA (Digital Series) or JOHNSON (Satin &Rustic / Glossy series)]

Supplying and laying of one course of Cool Roof tiles over roof slab / sloped surface of terrace and skirting using tiles of size 300x300mm and 10mm (±1mm) thick of make Johnson, Somany, Thermatek or other approved equivalent make with SRI (Solar Reflectance Index) > 78, Solar reflection > 0.70 & initial remittance >0.75 laid on 20mm thick bed on Cement mortar 1:4 mixed with integral water proofing admixture including removal of dead mortar from roof slab, cleaning the surface, exposing floor & wall function along parapet and column if any, applying SBR based bond coat at floor and wall junction, sealing the floor & wall junction with water proofing mortar, laying screed concrete in CC 1:2:4 to form slope and haunch portion along parapet, if any required including laying tiles with required slope as per manufacturer specification, grouting the joints with approved tile grout, etc., all complete as per manufacturer Specification and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note: - i) Bond Coat: Applying SBR based bond coat at parapet wall and floor junction for a width of 150mm on either side of the junction of make MC Bauchemie (Naufufill-SBR) or FOSROC (Nitobond SBR) or FAB Chemical (Mixbond SBR) or Bostik (Boscocem 475) or Ultratech (Xtracrete). Mixing ratio of chemicals, consumption and application shall be as per manufacturer specifications. ii) Integral Water proofing Admixture: Mixing of integral water proofing admixtures in recommended proportion conforming to IS 2645 of make Sika (Plastocrete-Plus) or FOSROC (Conplast-WL) or FAB Chemical (Mixflow-WP) or Bostik (Bostik-LW) or Ultratech (Cretepro). Mixing ratio of chemicals, consumption and application shall be as per manufacturer specifications iii) Cost of screed concrete in CC 1:2:4 will be paid for separately under relevant item.

Providing and fixing 14-16mm thick White Agaria Marble Stone slab table rubbed, exposed edges rounded and polished of required size and fixed in urinal partitions, shelves above wash basin, etc., by cutting a chase of appropriate width with chase cutter and embedding the stone into the chase with epoxy grout or with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 6 mm nominal size) finished smooth, front face polishing, rounding the edges, etc., all complete as per specification and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying Indian Patent Stone Flooring with cement concrete 1:2:4; 20mm thick using 10mm and below size hard broken stones including dismantling the damaged portion of existing floor/dadoo, preparation of surface, consolidating, curing, rubbing the surfaces smooth, providing dividing strips, disposing the dismantled debris at suitable places as shown at site within 2Km lead, etc., all complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and fixing 20mm (±2mm) thick both side polished Kota Stone slabs for Shelves in Cupboard/Wardrobe/Shoe rack, etc., including fixing by cutting a chase of appropriate width with cutter and embedding the stone into the chase with epoxy grout or with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 6 mm nominal size) finished smooth, front face polishing, rounding the edges, etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. (Note: Kota stones shall be got approved by the Engineer before making bulk order)

Providing and inserting 12mm (± 2mm) dia Galvanized steel/ Aluminium injection nipple suitable to withstand high pressure grouting in honey comb area/weak/porous concrete including drilling of holes of required diametre (20mm to 30mm) up to depth from 30mm to 80mm at required spacing, making the hole dust free by blowing compressed air, sealing the sides of injection nipple with adhesive chemical of make MC Bauchemie (MC Fix-ST) or Bostik (Plug leak) or other approved make and allow it to cure, etc., all complete as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Providing and injecting Cement based injection grout using grouting admixture of make Sika (Intraplast N200) or Fosroc (Cebex 100) or other approved make in proportion as recommended by the manufacturer into cracks/honey-comb area of concrete by suitable injection gun/pump at required pressure including mixing of admixture with cement, injecting at specified pressure, cutting of nipples after curing, etc., all complete as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.(The payment shall be made on the basis of actual weight of approved grout injected.)

Flush pointing on roof tiles by removing the damaged pointing over existing roof tiles, cleaning, removing any growth of vegetation, washing thoroughly, pointing the joints with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) mixed with 2% of integral water proofing compound by weight of cement including filling the gap with polymer modified mortars or other approved water proofing chemicals etc., all completed as per specification and as directed by Engineer.

Repairing and rectifying the minor repair works like wall cracks, floor cracks, spalling of mortar on sides of doors, windows, wall and door joints, including the cost of materials, T&P etc., all complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing beading between main door and grill door by cutting the Granite stone width of upto 75mm gang saw cut mirror polished (pre moulded and prepolished slab) with approved shade and colour, rounding the exposed edges, polishing and fixing to the main door jams with approved make tile on tile adhesive including finishing the surfaces with epoxy touch up etc., all complete as per specification and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Repairing to the Kitchen platform by providing and fixing 25 to 30mm thick one side polished kota stone slabs using single piece of length upto 1.20mtr over a bed of 20mm thick bed mortar in CM 1:3 with sealing the joints of sink and corners with suitable metal paste including dismantling the existing stone slab, preparation of surface with bed mortar, laying the kota stone to required slope and alignment, plastering the platform faces and dadoo top with CM 1:3, cleaning and wax polishing, white washing the plastered surface with two coats of shell lime to match existing surface, disposing the dismantled debris at suitable places shown at site within 2Km lead, etc., all complete as per specification and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing Marble / Granite work gang saw cut mirror polished, (pre moulded and prepolished slab) machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations of required size of approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20mm thick base cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) with joints treated with white cement mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, etc., including rubbing, curing, finishing, providing holes of required diameter, providing opening to fix counter basins, providing grooves wherever required, etc., all complete at all levels as per specifications. (Note: The marble/Granite stones slab shall be got approved by the Engineer before making bulk order.)

Providing, hoisting and fixing in position of following thickness of precast slabs in cement concrete 1:2:4 using hard broken stones of maximum size 20mm finished smooth of various sizes and patterns including necessary formwork and moulds, mechanical mixing, finishing the exposed surface, curing, fixing at all levels, grouting with CM / Cement grout wherever required, etc., all complete excluding cost of reinforcement which will be measured separately under relevant item as per specifications and as direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

(Length of finished kerb edging shall be measured for payment). (Old kerb stones shall be supplied by the department free of cost)

Repairs to the wall and ceiling cracks by cutting 'V' shaped grooves and filling with crack seal compound of make Asian (Smart care crack seal) MC Bauchemie (Crackfill) or FAB Chemical (Mixbuild GP) or Bostik (Crackfill) including cleaning the grooves treat the crack with primer, apply two coats of crack seal using spatulla or putty knife, finishing the surface, etc., all complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Repairs over the spalling on concrete members by chipping and removing the damaged portion and plastering with CM 1:3 including cleaning the surfaces, applying rust converter of approved quality, filling the damaged portion with cement concrete wherever required, applying necessary approved quality bonding chemicals, finishing the surface in layers, curing, white washing two coats, disposing the debris within 2Kms lead etc., all complete as per specification and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge prefabricated cement concrete interlocking Solid / perforated paver block of M-30 grade made by table vibratory method using PU moulded with strong vibratory compaction of approved size, design, shape, laid in required colour and pattern over 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand including cost of sand filling, levelling with required slope, ramming the surface, watering, consolidation using vibratory earth rammers, filling the joints with sand, cleaning, etc., all complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in­charge.

Laying of retrieved cement concrete interlocking paver blocks of any design/ shape laid in required line, level, curvature, colour and pattern including taking out existing CC interlocking paver blocks from footpath/ central verge, removal of rubbish, disposal of unserviceable material within 50 mtrs lead, leveling and compacting the bed, relaying the retrieved paver blocks over compacted bed of sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc., all complete as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Painting with one coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved make and colour over existing wooden / steel surfaces, pipe lines, etc., including preparation of surfaces as per standard specifications, cost of material, all complete as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer In Charge.

Painting all types of metal surface with One coat of PU finish paint of make MRF (Metal coat) or other approved make over one coat of epoxy zinc phosphate primer of make MRF (Metal coat) or other approved make and using thinner 1110 Ep for epoxy primer and thinner for finish for metal coat paint including preparation of surfaces, applying primer coat, applying metal paste wherever required, making surface smooth by sanding, applying one coat of PU finish paint, scaffolding etc., all complete at all lifts as per manufacturer instructions and specifications and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Repairing the existing damaged Marble/Granite stone by chipping out of the damaged portion and providing, laying new marble stone (14-16mm thick) / granite stone (16-18mm thick) gang saw cut mirror polished (pre moulded and prepolished slab) machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations of required size of approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20mm thick base cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) with joints treated with white cement mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, etc., including dismantling the existing stone slab, preparation of surface with bed mortar, laying the granite stone to required slope and alignment, rubbing, curing, finishing, providing holes of required diameter, providing opening to fix counter basins, providing grooves wherever required, etc., all complete at all levels as per specifications. (Note:- The marble/Granite stones slab shall be got approved by the Engineer before making bulk order.)

Repairs to internal / external plastering over brick work / concrete at all locations and all lifts using Polymer modified cement repair mortar including preparing the surface by hacking the surface for better adhesion, providing glass fibre mesh or chicken reinforcement, if any required, applying bond coat, filling / plastering with polymer modified repair mortar in layers using approved polymers, white / colour washing, curing, cleaning of floor/windows thoroughly on completion of repair work etc., all complete as detailed below as per manufacturer specifications and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge. a) Surface Preparation: Preparing the wall surface by chipping of unsound/ weak /loose plaster surface mortar with manual Chisel and/ or by mechanical means at all lifts including cutting/trimming of edges to provide firm vertical faces, making square shoulders of cavities, cleaning the exposed surface to make surface dust free, disposal of debris within 2 Km lead. b) Bond Coat: Applying SBR based bond coat of make MC Bauchemie (Naufufill-SBR) or FOSROC (Nitobond SBR) or FAB Chemical (Mixbond SBR) or Bostik (Boscocem 475) or Ultratech (Xtracrete). Mixing ratio of chemicals, consumption and application shall be as per manufacturer specifications. c) Application of repair mortar: Building up with polymer modified cement repair mortar of ratio 1:4 (1 part of cement : 4 parts of sand) and adding admixtures in recommended proportion of make MC Bauchemie (Naufufill-SBR) or FOSROC (Nitobond SBR) or FAB Chemical (Mixbond SBR) or Bostik (Boscocem 475) or Ultratech (Xtracrete). The door shutter shall be fixed with the following hardware fittings: - a) 4 Nos. of 75 mm long medium weight stainless steel butt hinges of GARG brand bearing ISI mark with suitable stainless steel screws. b) Two numbers of 125mm long anodised Aluminium D handle of make Classic/CLASSIC or approved equivalent as per IS - 208 bearing ISI mark with suitable CP screws. c) Two numbers of 75mm long anodised aluminium baby latch type tower bolt with suitable CP screws. d) One number of 50mm long solid PVC door buffer with 75mm long CP screws. Rectifying the leakages in scour pipe in over head water tanks by chipping the concrete wall, cutting and removing the damaged GI scour pipe and introducing new 40mm dia GI pipe sleeve of medium class of make "Tata" or other approved equivalent with ISI mark of 300 mm long with one end suitable for GI coupling and plug and welded with 150 x 150 x 6mm MS plate including painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, embedded and grouting in the over head tank wall with plain cement concrete 1:2:4, cost of cement, cost of GI pipe and GI specials, etc., all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Removing the blockage in service saddle points on PVC lines by opening the saddle, removing the blockage and restoring the saddle with washer in the original position including excavating the trenches upto saddle point, bailing out water wherever required, refilling the excavated trenches etc., all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Refixing the EWC solid seat cover by supplying and fixing of Seat Cover hinges including removing the damaged hinges / clamps and fixing with new hinge / clamp set, etc., as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing PVC Nahani trap of approved make conforming to the relevant IS code, heavy quality of self cleaning design with 125mm dia. PVC grating with perforated holes on top, including chipping the existing floor concrete, exposing the damaged Nahani trap, removing the damaged trap, fixing new Nahani trap, embedding in cement concrete 1:2:4, forming circular holes by providing and fixing 110mm OD PVC pipes of required height upto floor level, jointing the outlet pipe, leveling and rendering smooth, making good the floor and wall etc., complete as per specifications. Rectifying the sunken slab leakages in various types of quarters in Bath Room / Kitchen by chipping out the floor concrete exposing the concealed Nahni trap and rectifying the leakages in joints with CM 1:2 mixed with approved quick setting compound at 2% by weight of cement applying 2 coats of damp block water proofing coat including chipping out the floor, concrete etc., making holes in masonry, reconstructing the same, disposal of debris within a lead of 2 Kms, cost of cement required for the work etc., all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge. Rectifying the leakages in SWR soil waste pipe line joints at the back side of various types of buildings including chipping out the masonry / concrete wall around the joints and rectifying the leakages in joints with CM 1:2 mixed with approved quick setting compound at 2% by weight of cement and restoring the wall to the original condition by reconstructing the same, disposal of debris within a initial lead, cost of cement required for the work etc., all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer.

Providing and fixing of PTMT / PVC perforated grating of make "Prayag" or other approved equivalent make including removing the damaged grating, fixing, finishing the surface to match with existing surface etc., all complete as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Painting with flexible polymer modified cement based anti-dampness coating for interiors using Asian Paints (Damp Block) or other approved equivalent make including preparation of affected surface, removing old paint / putty using wire brush / chisel to expose cement plaster, apply self priming coat of damp block (1:1 ratio diluted in water) and apply 2 coats of damp block (diluted with water in 3 part powder : 1 part water ratio) using a putty knife or a trowel to achieve total coverage of 7.5 sqft/ kg, finishing the surface smooth, etc., all complete as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Labour charges for cleaning the over head water tanks located a height of 10 mtrs above the ground level by closing the incoming valve of water line, draining out the existing water in the tank, thoroughly cleaning the inside of the tank by brushing with brush and bleaching powder completely, removing the dirty materials, closing the scour valve and releasing the water into the tank after thoroughly. cleaning, refixing the manhole cover in position etc. including cost of bleaching powder, all tools and plants etc., all complete as directed by Engineer. (NOTE: The labourers engaged for cleaning the water storage tanks/reservoirs/sumps shall be got medical certificate by DAE Hospital before attending the work.)

Residential buildings over head tanks - Tower block 22.5 KL

Attending emergency water supply/ plumbing complaints/calls in Residential and Non-residential buildings such as leaking of water supply systems, overhead tank overflow, other miscellaneous works, including maintaining register for complaints, rectifying the complaint, reporting/feedback to Engineer, etc., all complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note:- 1) One operation means net working time of 8hrs in shifts and rate shall be quoted accordingly for one shift. 2) The contractor shall engage one plumber for each shift. 3) One shift will be operated after office working hours in week days and 2 shift during holidays and Sundays.

Carrying out periodical inspection/ observation in public health shafts of tower blocks up to 16 floors including carrying out inspection, identifying the leakage, dampness, repair works, etc., in water supply/ sanitary lines, maintaining register of observations, reporting/feedback to Engineer, attending the emergency repairs while inspection, etc., all complete as directed by Engineer - In - Charge. Note:- 1) One job means carrying out complete inspection for one shaft area at all floors and rate shall be quoted accordingly for one job. 2) The contractor shall engage minimum one plumber for each job. 3) Inspection schedule and periodicity of inspection shall be as approved by Engineer-in-Charge
