Annual Maintenance contract for 01 No Passenger lift
Comprehensive Annual maintenance contract charges which includes periodical inspection and examination of lift, lubrication, adjustment of equipment, attending repairs on the lift, replacement of defective parts if necessary and other related works of OTIS make passenger lift at T(K)GTPS SCOPE OF WORK: i. Monthly inspection of the equipment which includes lubrication, adjustment of equipment, attending repairs, replacement of parts if necessary and other works if any to make the equipment in good running condition. ii. Parts required for replacement will be supplied by the Company on free of cost on an exchange basis under which the replaced parts becomes the property of Company. iii. Periodical examination of safety devices and governor of the equipment to ensure user safety. iv. Conduction of Annual No Load Safety Test on the equipment. v. Provision of emergency call back services during any breakdown of equipment at fee of cost.
