SPECIAL REPAIR OF ROAD AND INTERLOCKING PAVER BLOCK AT COY ASC (SUP) TYPE C AND MTRC LINE UNDER GE (WEST) PRAYAGRAJ.

M&L for preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. and applying evenly a priming / tack coat with paving bituminous primer VG-10 grade @ 5 Kg per Ten Sqm on black top road surface and applying 30mm thick (consolidated thickness) bituminous premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete with 5.5% paving bitumen binder content VG-30 Grade by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient to a uniform smooth surface with 8 to 10 tonne power roller complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete work shall be executed as per design mix as approved by GE. (ii) The binder content specified is minimum. Any variation in binder content during design mix at site on plus side shall be borne by the contractor without any extra cost to Government. (iii) Premixing shall be done by using Hot Mix plant and laying shall be done by using mechanical paver. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for premix bituminous macadam laid, rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber using binder (paving bitumen VG-30) grade with 4% by weight of total mix (consolidated thickness 75 mm or less) all as specified in particular specifications complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Bituminous premix asphaltic semi dense concrete work shall be executed as per design mix as approved by GE. (ii) The binder content specified is minimum. Any variation in binder content during design mix at site on plus side shall be borne by the contractor without any extra cost to Government. (iii) Premixing bituminous macadam shall be done by using Hot Mix plant and laying shall be done by using mechanical paver. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for repair to potholes depth exc 30mm & area, not exc 1 sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 30 mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat @ 5 Kg per 10 Sqm with paving bitumminous primer VG-10 grade and putting required (consolidated thickness) bituminous premixed asphaltic semi dense concrete with 5% paving binder content VG-30 Grade by weight of total mix, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient to a uniform smooth surface with 8 to 10 tonne power roller, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning old/new dirt, oil/ grease spots and foreign materials etc, from road surface and applying 2.5mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like n. exc 10cm wide on roads pavements with hot thermo plastic (retro reflective) road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 for marking white traffic lines, straight or curved, having clear and sharp edges over road surfaces by using thermo plastic paint applicator machine and necessary T&P, including cleaning of roads surfaces, heating the paints within temperature limits specified by the manufacturer, making proper arragement for traffic during operation etc. complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Thermo plastic paint material shall consist homogeneously composed of pigment, resins and glass reflecting beads in required proportion as per MORTH specification and conforming to relavent IS. (b) The Contractor will made proper arrangement for traffic diversion and safety rules during laving of painting on Roads.

S&F in repair cat eyes ABS body with scratch and abrassion resistant, micro prismatic, polycarbonate and ultrasonically welded lenses, temperature resistance body of size 90x100x17mm fixed on road with bituminous adhesive as per manufactures instruction having resistant creamer coating and reflective surface complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and paving n.exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand filling under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 with using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in benching, coping, cills, steps sersmic and other similar bands plinth courses, string course lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, edging concrete for paver boock, kerbs etc complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate, as in foundations, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.
