M&L for Mechanized cleaning / cutting of bushes, shrubs, grass vegetation etc at runway shoulders / adjoining areas by providing 02 tractors with jungle jim including one driver for each tractor in single shift of 08 hours per day (excluding weekly off and holidays) including fuel, lubricant etc., cleaning the area including removal of bushes / vegetation to outside MoD land, keeping proper record of tractor run in log sheet on daily basis, and overall record in serially machine numbered pages of log book duly certified and all as directed by Engineer-in-charge Note :- (i) Tractor with connected jungle jim shall not run more than 08 hours in a day. (ii) Payment shall be done on daily hour run basis signed by user in the log book. (iii) Log Book shall specify the total hours run in each day with user's signature as a token of run. (iv) Contractor shall make arrangement to dispose off the cut grass without extra cost. (v) Both tractors shall run simultaneously. For payment purposes, Average of actually run hours at site by both tractors shall be considered as one unit. Tenderer is hereby advised to keep this factor in mind before quoting the rates. (vi) Unit rate of this item includes the cost of fuel and lubricant required for both tractors. Maintenance/repair of tractor and jungle jim, if any, shall be the liability of the contractor and nothing extra shall be paid on this account. (vii) Log sheet and log book (comprising of serially machine numbered pages as per sample kept in the office of Engineer-in-Charge) shall be provided by the contrator without any extra to Deptt. Tenderers are hereby advised to keep this factor in mind before quoting the rates.

Cutting grass / shrubs / bushes etc. above ground level manually or by mechanical grass cutter, width exc 2.00 metre including removal of pebbles / stone pieces and grass / shrubs / bushes etc. to out side the defence land and clearing the entire area complete all as directed by engineer-in-charge.

Note for Item 2.00 & 3.00 : - The contractor shall provide minimum two labourers daily with two grass cutter machines for execution of work described in item 2.00 and 3.00 above, so as to complete the task as per directions of ATS staff during stipulated non flying periods. The contractor shall quote his rates keeping this aspect in mind. Nothing extra shall be admissible to contractor on this account.

Dismantling sign boards of any shape, type, sections including taking out embedded portion in PCC / natural ground and making good complete all as directed by engineer-in-charge.

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (40 mm graded stone aggregate ) as in foundation, filling, mass concrete and sub floors etc complete all as specified and directed by engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing PPR pipes SDR 7.4 (PN-16), outer dia 75 mm, 3 layer (inner antimicrobial, outer UV stablized ) ISI marked, IS -15801, including PPR plain fittings laid in trenches / under floors fixed to walls / ceiling complete of size complete all as specified and directed .

Supply, Installation, hoisting and fixing in position of sign board made up of solid 5 mm thick plain colour PVC sheet of any size and shape including necessary cleats / brackets / rivets / nuts bolts as required at site for hanging arrangement of PVC pipe complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (a) Size of board shall be as per site requirement. Nothing extra shall be admissible on account of wastage of sheet, if any. (b) Retro reflective sheet shall be measured and paid for separately.

Supply and fixing 3MTM high intensity prismatic retro-Reflective Sheeting Series 3930 of Approved colour / shade fixed on PVC sheet fully covered including letter writing information / logo with same sheeting computerised cut in approved colour / shade . The letters approximately covering up to 50 % area of the board complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) Cost of PVC sheet is not included in unit rate of this item. (ii) Cost of letter writing with retro-Reflective Sheeting is includied in unit rate. Make :- 3M, AVERY DENNYSON

M & L for ploughing of soil making an angle of 30 degree with furrow (any type of soil) by mechanised with tractor including cleaning /cutting of bushes,shrubs vegetation etc before ploughing of soil at runway end areas with tractor , including fuel ,lubricant etc including removal of bushes/ vegetation to outside MoD land complete and as directed by engineer-in-charge.
