Supply & laying of 110 mm ISI mark PVC Pipe, Inverted slotted with GeoSheet (underneath) around the Pitch Square with a gradient of 1:100 Feet and connected to the main outward Drainage system through PVC/ 4” dai Pvc perforated pipe (perforation at half of the pipe at top level), wrapped with geo-fabric cloth, covered by stone granules, sand etc and at any one direction along with the desired slope ratio. connected with boundary storm water drain line.

Pitch Construction - Bottom Layer Supply and Laying 4” Core sand (1.0-2.0mm) Layering as per BCCI guideline after dressing and leveling of trench including supply of all labour etc. Sand shall be laid in the layer of 2”each. Each layer required its desired level including supply of labour, dressing and leveling of trench 100’x50’x0.33’

Pitch Construction - Intermediate Layer Supply and laying of 4”sterilize Sandy Loam (as per approved sample) including dressing and leveling of trench as desired compaction and quantity is compacted @35 to 40% . Sandy loam shall be laid in the layer of 2”each. Each Layer required its desired level 100’x50’x0.33’

Pitch Construction -Top Layer Supply & laying 5” of properly sieved, sized and sterilize good quality clay soil/black cotton soil (Tested for clay, Silt & Sand % along with pH, Na(Sodium) Shrinkage Swelling and crushing strength also Organic carbon ,ESP) in various layers as per standard guidelines of BCCI for construction of three layered cricket pitches required for leaching of salts and extra water through profile and to achieve the desired compaction for ball bounce, by using scratcher and plate vibrator with water spray, labour with proper grinding and compaction including dressing and leveling of trench. Material shall be laid in layer of 2”each as per desired levels. ( The entire top layer will consist 8”clay soil/black cotton soil. The finish pitches area to be 3”inches higher than the outfield). 50'x 100' x 0.65’

Pitch Construction -Top Layer-3” Supply and laying of properly sized and sieved soil (same as above) over newly planted grass, taking care of growth of grass and maintaining the levels. 100'x50'x0.25'
