Repair to Air compressor XAS-76 of Mechanical Division Kathua

Repair to engine head by way of dismantling engine head of the machine and refacing, polishing and fitting of new head gasket - 01 no., cleaning/servicing of valve guides, valve inlet, valve exhaust, and assembling of all parts. The job includes cost of spare parts, labour charges and all taxes thereof.

Repair to the compressor side of the machine by way of providing and fitting of new parts i.e. base element, air filter primary & secondary complete set 2 Nos, hydraulic filter. Filling of tank with screw oil Complete job includes cost of material, labour charges and all taxes.

Cleaning and washing of air compressor which includes dust removal and other stuff using water with diesel and caustic soda. The job includes cost of material and labour charges including of all taxes.

Repairs to the jack hammer of the Air Compressor Sl. ATLAS COPCO by way of dismantling it completely, extraction of the parts and segregation of damaged parts after cleaning with k.oil and waste cloth. P/F of new parts viz retainer pin kit - 01 set, tension pin - 01 no., buffer rubber - 01 no., dome nut - 04 nos., Pressure spring - 04 no., Plungers - 04no., Guide pin - 01 no., Adaptor - 01 no., Side bolts - 02 no., Protective nut - 01 no., Handle Grip - 02 no., Guide tube - 01 no., complete job. The job also includes p/f of new water body to the engine and fan belt. The job includes the cost of material and labour charges, all taxes & hire charges of tools/tackles required to execute the job.

Repair of electrical system of the machine by way of removing all damaged/worn out parts and then providing and fitting of complete wiring set, ampere meter 1 no., Air pressure meter 1 no battery lead 2 nos complete job includes cost of material labour charges and all taxes.

Repairs to the radiator and its connectors of compressor by dismantling its upper and lower tank from the water jackets and then cleaning its choked tubes by hydrochloric acid and then after by water. Welding and Soldering at different points to avoid leakage. P/F of Clamps, Bolts, Nuts, Slotted screw, Adapter 01 no., Nylon tube 01 no. and then assembling of whole unit. The job includes cost of material and labour charges including of all taxes.

Repairs to leaf spring assembly by way of dismantling by cutting of center bolt by gas cutter, and removing of damaged items, and P/F of new items in place of defective items, leaf spring main L/H-01no, leaf spring R/H 2nd - 01 no, center bolt-02 no's, leaf spring bush - 04nos, leaf spring pin - 04 no's, U bolt - 02 no's, U Clamp - 02 no's, Spring shackle-01 no. Job also includes retensioning of all leaf spring by hammering to the optimum curvature, assembling of leaf spring assy, fitting and alignments of front and rear leaf spring assy., and all allied works Complete Job includes cost of materials and labour charges.

Repair to axle assembly of machinery by way of dismanteling of axle shaft and replaing it with new axle shaft after sizing/finishing for proper fitment. The job includes cost of spare parts, labour charges and all taxes thereof.

Complete testing on full load of machine for all parametrs at site after repairing of machine. This job includes cost of all type of consumables including HSD for testing of machine for minimum of 10 hrs. Job is inclusive of labour charges and all kind of taxes.

Job for periodical service of machinery by way of extraction of old/worn-out M-oil, coolent & replacement of new M-oil(20W40) 10 Ltr (To be provided by Div. Store), M-Oil Filter- 01 no. (To be provided by Div. Store), Diesel Filter-01 set (To be provided by Div. Store), Grease-02 Kg & coolant-03 Ltr (To be provided by Div. Store). This job includes cost of spares/lubricant, labour charges and all taxes thereof.
