M & L for checking the serviceablity state of ceiling fan's safety pins/ clamps/down rods/ Rubber bushes/Nut and bolts/ canopies and electric connections etc including replace the defective Bearings /Clamp sets/canopies/ Defective windings/ spray paintings after cleaning the fan surfaces etc and hanging into original location inclding connecting up with provision of 3 core cable from ceiling rose to connector block of fan all as specified and directed (Note: Spares such as Clampsets,Bearings, replacement of windings, spray paintings, canopies, down rods measured and paid separately under relevant items)
