Essential/ Prequalification Criteria

Annual Turnover: Average annual financial turnover during the last 3 years, ending 31.03.2025 should be at least 30% of the approximate estimated amount put to tender. (i.e ₹ In Lakhs)

Providing & fixing in position colour coated corrugated galvalume sheet of 0.50 mm thick (total coated thickness) having high tensile strength of 550 mpa, with metallurgical coating of zinc aluminium alloy of 150 grams /Sqm (AZ 150) (both side inclusive ) conforming to ASTM -792 & AS 1397 having profile depth approximate 28mm high rib with subtle square fluting in the pan and the end rib shall have anti-capillary groove and return leg for roofing / cladding including sheet shall be fastened with 40μm zinc coated or 25μm zinc-tin alloy coated, Hex head, self-drilling screw as per AS 3566-2002 Class 3 fasteners with neoprene/EPDM washers. The sheet will have coating of minimum 20 microns of painting over corrosion inhibiting primer (min 5 micron) on top side & standard backing coat on reverse side. All penetrations and laps shall be sealed with silicon or equivalent sealants while laying the sheet. End overlap wherever required shall be minimum 150 mm & side lap are full rib as per manufacture catalogues.

Cleaning the roof top, rain water gutter, under ground storm water drainage including picking up and removing spoil and all loose material laying on the roof removing vegetation leaves under ground storm water drainage chambers etc which obstruct flow of rain water through, gutters, spouts pipes under ground storm water drainage, chambers and keeping the roofs of factory area clean throughout.(Required mandays to be engaged as per direction of EIC/SIC)

Fixed with seam bolts and nuts in including fixing with J/L hook .The item also include necessary scaffolding nylon net covering /platform safety ladders or other suitable devices. whatsoever required for safe working at any high and level etc complete as specified and as directed by EIC
