Supplying and placing of well lucrative non-flowery plants (well grown plants bushy & healthy of 60cm to 90cm height) in earthen pots of sizes 25cm including cost of materials, carriage and labour charges for placement in proper position all complete.

Hire and labour charges of ceremonial lamp, plate, oil, candle and match sticks to inaugerate the programme in the auditorium.

Construction of pandal measuring 10.00m X 5.00m, height 3.00m (approx) with two sides open at the premises of Sesqui Centenary Building, High Court, Calcutta with stout sal bullah and and bamboo superstructure, wooden batten work etc., entirely covering with best quality tarpauline as required and interior finish on ceiling & walls and festoon with new tri-colour cloth complete in all respect including hire and labour charges for erection and taking out the entire pandel after ceremony as per direction of E.I.C.

Construction of flag hoisting dias measuring 3.05m X 2.75m (approx.) by erection of Sal bullah post, runner etc., wooden plank frame with block board top 40mm thick including two nos stair case of size 1.50m X 1.20m with railings, four sides below the dias are to be aesthetically finished with good quality cloth complete in all respect. Decorative steel pillars with chain are to be supplied and placed on the dias with proper alignment including hire and labour charges for erection and taking out the entire dias after ceremony as per direction of E.I.C.

Construction of Security Enclosure measuring 2.50m X 2.00m, height 3.00m (approx) with two sides open at the premises of Sesqui Centenary Building, High Court, Calcutta with stout sal bullah and and bamboo superstructure, wooden batten work etc., entirely covering with best quality tarpauline as required and interior finish on ceiling & walls and festoon with new tri-colour cloth complete in all respect including hire and labour charges for erection and taking out the entire pandel after ceremony as per direction of E.I.C.
