Dismantling of old unsv central type AC plant of 2x25TR(run) + 1x25TR (standby) unit incl AHU, cooling and return air duct, condensors, compressors, water cooling pumps,cooling tower and all connected items and transporting all retrieved items and depositing to E/M store Yard for safe custody complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (NOTE : Quoted rate is deemed to be included for civil work involved and transporting to MES Store yard)

Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of Eurovent certified factory fabricated double skin type Air Handling Units (BMS compatible) for Operation Theatres as per specifications given below:- AHU should be Eurovent Certified as per AHRI & EN 1886 for Mechanical Characteristics Like Leakage Class L1, Deflection class D1, Thermal Transmittance T3, Thermal Bridging TB2 and Filter Bypass Leakage F9. Further to this, the Performance shall be according to EN 13053. FAN used in AHU shall be AMCA certified. AHU Construction:- It shall be made out of 0.6 mm pre -coated Galvanised steel sheet outside & 0.8 mm plain steel sheet inside with 40 mm thick PUF insulation factory injected between them by injection moulding m/c, with density not less than 40 kg/Cum between them. Drain pan (made out of 1.2 mm stainless steel (SS Grade 304) sheet insulated with 19 mm think closed cell insulation nitrile rubber with thermal brake profile. AHUs Inner skin of panels & all parts which comes with air contact shall be minimum 22 G anodized aluminum.

Necessary foundation required & Inertia Bases shall be provided & cost for the same shall be included in this item complete all as specified and directed including following items. Supply Air Stream :- 1) Filter section consisting of pre filter, Pre-filter section shall be with non woven synthetic media of 10 micron particle size with an efficiency of 90%. 2) Plug Fans with aerofoil profile blade, CENTRIFUGAL type (with min. 70% efficiency) with motor (VFD compatible) ,volume control damper and duct flexible connection. (IS 12615) 3) 8 Row Deep Cooling Coil with Alu. fins 4) Discharge Plenum Section. 5) S&F HEPA filters of efficiency 99.97% down to 0.3 microns or higher efficiency ,air quality at the supply grill should be class 100/ISO CLASS 5 microns or larger. Access doors should be fitted with interlocks which will turn off the UV in the event the door is opened. Supply Air CFM AHU 34000 CFM with 65 mm Extended Static Pressure. (From supply air delivery side to last terminal diffuser/grill) all as specified & directed. 6) Supply installation testing and commissioning of Direct expansion system (DX system in AHU suitable for 75 TR capacity) (NOTE : The bidder should order AHU after determination of the total static pressure worked out considering the pressure drop across filter section cooling coil complete)

Supplying, erecting, testing and commissioning of , VRF/VRV air conditioning system outdoor unit (ODU) complies type-IV OEM standards working on HFC refrigerant R410A or other required/suitable green equivalent refrigerant, for minimum cooling capacity as of Min 50TR. As delivering 100% capacity at 43ºC as per ISHARE, non stop cooling even at 56° C and coefficient of performance (COP) 3.00 to 4.00, modular type vertical hot air discharge suitable for longer piping range upto 1000 metre operation in cooling mode with inverter/digital VRF/VRV technology microprocessor based control compressor starter/control panel with scroll compressor, air cooled copper condenser coil of suitable shape for increasing maximum heat transfer area, rain protection cover, built in oil separator, accumulator and oil receiver, copper tube aluminium fin air cooled condenser, condenser fan with motor suitable for 415V±10%, 50 Hz, 3 phase power supply (all suitable for high ambient conditions), internal copper refrigerant piping, internal wiring and refrigerant, etc. all housed in powder coated weather proof cabinet complete.

Ser. ITEM NO. 03 CONTD..... Necessary civil work viz. foundation for placement of AHU, mounting of AHU Panel, construction of opening(s) for fresh / exhaust air , for outdoor units etc. is deemed to be included in quoted rates. (Note : No of Units installed should be capable & confirming to the site requirement of plant capacity 75 TR (50 TR running and 25 TR standby)

Supplying and installation of high pressure grade required size copper connection Y or T ?Joints/refnet complete erected on wall/ceiling with supports/raceways, Nitrile rubber insulation, three coats painting incl. priming coat etc. with brazing and testing for leakages confirming the normal operation of the VRV/VRF air conditioning system complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of ON/OFF type motorised operated, opposed blade, duct mounted, flanged volume control dampers of required sizes in GI construction with operating mechanism, mounting arrangement, rubber refrigerant kits etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and erecting iron work, sheet metal work consisting of CRCA sheets, various sections of iron, plates, chequered plates, rods, bars, MS pipes, etc. for panel board or any other purpose with bending, cutting, drilling and welding complete erected at the position with necessary materials duly painted with one coat of red oxide and two coats of synthetic enamel paint to match the switchgears or as per directions by the authority complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supplying and erecting GI sheet 0.8 mm (22 SWG) having zinc coating of 120 microns with galvanization process compliance to IS 2629:1985 to be used for fabrication of boxes panel boards etc. including cutting, bending, drilling, welding, riveting etc. and painting with one coat of red lead paint and two coats of syntheric enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, Install, testing and commissioning of AC Plant Control Panel, (415 V) panel cubicle,indoor type,IP 54 degree of protection fabricated out of 2mm thick CRCA Sheet, ( as per IS 8623) made to shape, for housing bus bar chamber, incomer, outgoing, powder coated by means of electrostatic gun after rigorous minimum seven tank treatment after due preparation of surfaces,manufactured by CPRI approved manufacturer , free standing,floor mounted ,dust and vermin proof. The panel shall be provided with separate compartments for each switchgear etc. with double stud hinged door,front openable with locking arrangement ,suitable for 1100 Volts grade,3 Phase, 415 Volts ,50 hz,AC supply ,suitable to with stand short circuit fault level of 25 KA. In the panel all connections shall be through Busbar except for control wiring.Earth bus shall be part of the DG panel )The panel shall be comprising of the following :- (As per technical specification and comprising of the following for AC control panel).
