Material and labour for 6mm thick asbestos cement corrugated or semi corrugated sheet in roofs walls etc fixed with 'L' or 'J' type hook bolt etc., complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for asbestos cement two piece adjustable serrated ridge corrugated or semi corrugated sheets fixed with 'L' or ‘J’ type hooks & bolts complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling timber scantlings 40 Sqcm and over in any position framed / unframed works as in purlin or rafter truss etc. complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fixing mild steel tubes, angles round pipes etc fixed independently without connecting plates as in purlins, rafter or in truss etc., complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for preparing new steel surfaces and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on surfaces over 10cm width or girth complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) in coping, edging , concrete bed to hold fast and filling etc including necessary form work etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc., complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces using integral water proofing compound 3% by weight of cement and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as directed and directed. Note:- WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for preparing new plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of white wash etc., complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for rendering 10 mm thick in CM (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down wooden chowkhat or frame area exc 1.5 Sqm and not exc 4 Sqm each with shutter (without taking off shutter from frame) complete all as specified & directed.

All as per item No 15 above but not exc 1.5 sqm each, complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fixing powder coated anodised aluminium frame for doors, windows, ventilators with one or more rebates, grill including jointing cleat for fixing etc. complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron

Supply and fixing stainless steel wire cloth, 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples etc., complete all as specified & directed.

Supply & fixing tinted / coloured floated glass ordinary quality & glazing with wooden/ aluminium bead/oil putty in Square n.exc 0.5 Sqm in Each panel 5 mm thick complete all as per specified and directed. Make:- Modiguard/ Saintgobin / Hariyana glass

Supply and fixing in repair aluminium (die cast) body door closer hydraulically regulated designation No.3, universal type, suitable for door shutters of 851 to 1000mm in width and weight of shutter between 61 to 80 kg and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 15 to 20mm thick granite machine cut bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement and pigment to match the shade of granite including grinding and polishing in cooking plateform, window/ door cill etc complete over and including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick for laying floor finishes with CM 1:6 etc., complete all as specified & directed.

Rounding to edges of stone slab on edge such as in steps, cooking platform, and other similar situation in new or old granite stone slab / Kota stone slab complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including snap grid frame work complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fixing in position suspended false ceiling using GI exposed ceiling suspension system of grid size 600mm x 600mm with main runner 38x24mm (0.25mm thick ) cross tee 27mmx24mm(0.25mm Thick) angle, 22mm x 24mm (0.4mm Thick) & including Supply and fixing 4mm thick (high pressure stream cured) prepainted self - embossed, reinforced designer cement board (Ivory) with texture of size 595 x 595mm including conforming to IS 14862-2000 to be placed in a grid if gI system duly suspended with 4 mm dia galvanised iron /mild steel bar hanger fixed with steel dash fastener or iron purlins from the roof with adjustment clip. The main runner to be secured to structural soffit by hanger @ 1200mm maximum c/c. The last hanger at the end of each main runner should not be placed at more than 450mm from the adjacent wall. Flush fitting 1200mm cross tee to be interlocked between main runner @600mm C/C, so as to firm 600mm x 600mm grid complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition/taking down existing roof treatment complete of any description and Material and labour for provn of polymeric water proofing treatment to accessible RCC roof as under and all specified:-(a) Preparation of RCC roof surface including roughning & providing 10mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 mixed with and including water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement. After the plaster is cured the roof will be tested for water tightness by ponding with water for seven days for any seepage and leakages etc. if any seepage is observed the rectification will be carried out by pressure grouting under the pressure of 5kg/sqcm using cement based cement grout. After the surface is repaired the slab will be tested for water tightness again before processing further treatments.(b) The surface of roof, parapet and gutters, drain mouth etc. over which water proofing treatment is to be applied shall be cleaned of all foreign matter such as fungus, moss, dust etc. by wire brushing and dusting. For cast iron/ PVC drain outlets a groove shall be cut around the tuck in treatment. Concrete angle fillets shall be provided at junctions between roof and vertical faces of walls (parapet and other walls) around obstacles such as pipes, chimney stacks etc. and other similar situation to ease up about corners. (c) Applying bitumen based primer conforming to IS 3384 @ 0.3Kg/sqm to be applied on prepared surface till the surface is properly impregnated. (d) Material and labour for Applying one coat bitumen grade 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm over primer surface (e) Material and labour for laying one layer of polymeric water proofing membrane weighing 3kg/sqm consisting of centre core of minimum 90 micron HMHDPE processes on both side with a high quality polymeric asphaltic mix with further protected with thermo fusible HMHDPE film with an overlap of 100mm on both side and ends by tourch application method as per manufacturer's instruction. The overlap while tourching shall be 100mm in longitudinal direction and 100mm in transverse direction. All over lap joints shall be sealed thoroughly by thermo fusing both the membrane layer and sealing it with the help of hot trowel. The overlap joints shall be made as a monolithic layer complete all as specified. Laying shall be done in horizontal as well as in vertical surfaces of parapet including cutting grooves in brick / RCC parapet wall 75mm wide and 65mm deep and insert membrane. filling the groove after insertion of membrane with CM 1:3 and making good complete.(f) Material and labour for Applying one coat bitumen grade 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm over HDPE membrane (g) All joints and changes in direction should be curved with cement mortar 1:3 mixed with SBR Latex @ 200ml per bag of cement and cured well before laying the treatment. (f) A fillet of PCC 1:2:4 of 100 x 100mm shall be provided at all junctions of vertical and horizontal surface and wherever there is a change in direction. The membrane should not be taken over at any steep turns and hence all corners/ junctions should be rounded.

Material and labour for one coat of aluminium paint at the rate of 100 gm/Sqm as per manufacturer's instructions over bituminous layer, complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for 40mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate over polymeric water proofing membrane on roof with forming contraction (dummy) joints, finishing concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of plain cement concrete (un-reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded aggregate as in roof kerb, PCC padding repairs, mud stop, rounded or chamfered on edges etc., complete all as specified & directed.

Material and labour for rendering 10 mm thick in CM (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparing new plastered surface of wall and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing water tank of capacity n exc 500 litres, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and including replacing check nuts and refixing in position after cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc from tank and from mouths of circulating pipes etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing water tank of capacity exc 500 and n. exc. 1000 litres setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and incl. replacing check nuts refixing in position after cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc from tank and from mouths of circulating pipes etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of PVC water tank of capacity exc 250ltrs and n.exc 500ltrs and removing outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 500 Ltrs double layered Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks white color (cylindrical vertical with closed top using PVC cover ) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part-I etc., complete all as specified and directed. Make :- Sintex, Polywell, Rotex

Supply and fixing in 15mm dia float valve high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 15mm bore steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal outside MD land all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing 15mm bore galvanised mild steel tubing medium grade with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition and breaking of drains pipe (salt glazed stone were, AC, RCC or PVC pipe) set in cement mortar 100 mm internal dia pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing PVC (SWR) pipe single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls 110 mm dia bore pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing PVC (SWR) bends any radius 110 mm bore complete all as specified and directed.
