Excavation work by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/ manual means in foundation trenches or drains in earth work in all heights and depth in all kinds of soils, including saturated soil comprising of pick work, jumper work, and blasting work both in soft and hard rock with chiselling and wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soils including, dewatering wherever required, setting out to required lines, levels as shown on the drawing and as directed by the Engineer -in-Charge at site and sorting out useful and un- useful material and transportation of the un -useful material for disposing at approved dumping site or otherwise and including payment of prescribed charges of dumping to the owner of dumping site (to be arranged by the contractor) for the satisfaction of Engineer- in -Charge through all modes of transportation including head load, animal load or mechanical means along with its leveling fine dressing and with all kinds of labour, machineries, tools equipments and safety measures and other incidentals necessary to complete the work by mechanical means and labour (if required) including disposal of all surplus excavated earth at approved dumping site including all leads and lifts.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm.thick welded with angle iron in frame 30mm x 30mm x 5mm. so as to give a fair finish including centring, shuutering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling upto all floor levels. and removal of the same for insitu-reinforced concrete & plain concrete work including carriage of materials in all leads and lift as per direction of Engineer in Charge:- Retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses fillets, kerbs and steps etc.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand) : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts.

Reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) work In beams, suspended floors, roofs having slope up to 15° landings, balconies, shelves, chajjas, lintels, bands, plain window sills, stair cases and spiral stair cases above plinth level up to all floor levels, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement with including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto all floor levels including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts.

Stone filling behind retaining wall Including carriage of material within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Stone soling properly hand-packed filling interstices with Kharanja stone including spreading watering and of binding materials moorum or earth etc. complete as per HP.PWD specification including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts.

Providing and fixing weap holes of 100mm dia PVC pipe complete including carriage of meterials in all lead and lifts.

Disposal of excavated earth by Mechanical means on approved dumping site of M.C. Shimla or own arranged by the contractor. i.e. through all mode of transportation including head load animal load or mechanical means alongwith transportation of the unuseful material for disposing including payment of prescribed charges of dumping to the owener of dumping site through all modes of transporation including head load animal load or mechanical means alongwith its levelling, fine dressing and to complete the work by mechanized means and labour(if any required) All useful materials such as sto-nes, aggregate and slates shall be sorted out and stacked along roads side any loss of the public/private property during the courses of execution shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be dully compensated by him in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge .

cleaning of floors and corridors with cleaning materials and wshing etc. including disposal of undulations complete as per the direction of Egineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts.
