Surface dressing of the ground including removing vegetation and in-equalities not exceeding 0.15 M.deep and disposal of rubbish, lead up to 50 M.and lift up to 1.5 M.

Trenching in ordinary soil up to a depth of 60 cm including removal and stacking of serviceable materials and then disposing of surplus soil, by spreading and neatly leveling within a lead of 50 m and making up the trenched area to proper levels.

Rough dressing the trenched ground including breaking clods.

Spreading of good earth in required thickness as per direction of officer-in-charge(Cost of sludge,dump, manure and/or good earth to be paid separately).

Spreading of sludge, dump manure in required thickness as per direction of officer-in-charge(Cost of sludge,dump, manure and/or good earth to be paid separately).

Mixing of Earth and sludge or manure in the required proportion specified or directed by the officer-in-charge.

Flooding the ground with water including making kiaries and dismantling the same (excluding the cost of water).

Light digging and fine dressing of the ground.

Grassing with approved quality of lawn grass in rows 5 cm apart in both directions, including watering and maintenance of the lawn for 30 days or more till the grass forms a thick lawn, free from weeds and fit for mowing including supplying good earth, if needed(the grass & good earth shall be paid separately.)

Plantig tree/palms and watering once.

Supply of korean carpet Lawn grass at site for grassing 4200 M2 area at 0.05 M. apart.

Supply of Decora plastic pots (76 cm x76 cm x 66 cm), capacity 276 lit for Tree plantation

Supply of Plumeria pink dwarf (4-5 Ft)

Supply of red earth or good garden earth free from stones, murrum, stubbles grass runners, other foreign material etc. is to be supplied at the site including royalty and carriage.The volume of the soil shall be reduced by 20% for voids.

Supplying of well decomposed FYM (dry cow dung manure) at site including royalty and carriage.The volume of FYM shall be reduced by 8% for voids.

Removal and disposal of debris.Lead charges for Lead Exceeding 4 KM but not exceeding 5 KM, by mechanical transport including loading, unloading, stacking / levelling etc.Debris Beyond 4 Km but up to and including 5 km.Truck Size is 09 Ton capacity.

Maintenance of garden including lawn, groundcover, shrubs, trees etc. Yardstick - 1 labour for 1500 M2 area
