Supplying and fixing 415V, TPN SFU with sheet steel enclosure on flat iron/angle iron frame on wall with nuts bolts etc incl. S & F 3 nos. DIN type HRC fuse as per rating.
LT Panel : SITC of indoor type L.T. Panel Board with SFU as Incomer and SFU as outgoing feeders in a suitable transportable unit, ready for operation on being installed in a fixed position. The Panel board shall be Self-supporting, fully Compartmentalized, Incomming / Outgoing SFU Compartment Should be seperate, floor mounted, indoor type, dust and vermin proof (IP43). Incoming and outgoing cable entry from bottom / top end at rear side / side cable alley. Gland plate (3mm thick) should be two part detachable type. The panel board shall be fabricated from 1.6 mm thick (16 SWG) CRCA sheet and base channel will be 50mm x 25mm x 6mm (painted with Black Japan after de-rusting), with MS angle re-enforced / stiffner of 25 mm x 25 mm x 5 mm for both vertical and horizontal. Lifting hooks shall be provided in each transportable unit. The doors shall be removable type mounted on hinge with key locking arrangement for each compartment. Doors shall be on front and rear side, gasketted (25 x 5 mm) all through. Degree of protection of the board is IP43.
Painting : Panel should be properly degreased, derusted before phospheting. Alkalyed melamine epoxy based powder coated paint to be done by using 7 tank process with minium thickness of 70 micron avg. Shade will be Pebble Grey No. RAL 7032 both inside and outside. Continious GI Earth bus of size 40 x 6 mm to be provided at a hight of 150 mm from the bottom and brought outside of the panel of 75 mm. Depth of the panel : As per approved drawing. C P R I - Type Test Report for the Panel Board (similar type from Manufacturer) for Three phase and Neutral short circuit withstand strength test on main circuit Bus Bars of HBB+VBB for 65 kA rms for 1.0 second with intial peak of 143 kA, 415V, AC, to be furnished.
Termination : Incoming cable termination Bus should be suitable for termination of requisite nos. Ar/Al XLPE/PVC cables. Outgoing feeder terminals should be as per rating.
System Voltage : 415V, 50Hz, RYBN. Control wiring cable size : 1.5 sqmm PVC FR Cu multistrand flexible wire with proper socketting with PVC sleeve & identification ferruling. CT Secondary wiring to be done with 2.5 sqmm PVC FR Cu multistrand flexible wire. (Mk. RR Kabel / Havell's / Polycab/KEI).

BUSBAR : Bus Bar Materials : Electrolytic Gr Copper, 90% & above pure in nature (Certificate from Mfg. with challan to be submitted), semi soft, tined electroplated with heat srinkable PVC sleeve. Size of Bus Bar : Suitable for 630A current rating. Feeder Connection : Electrolytic Gr Tinned Cu Bus Bar : Suitable for 630A current rating. 5.6 Gr Stainless Steel Bolt to be provided for Bus Bar Connection. Bus Bar Support Material : FRP (thickness minimum 10 mm for main bus) Acralyic Sheet / Backelite guard to be provided in front of VBB / Bus Alley.

SITC of Online UPS

(i) The Agency must procure the materials from the Manufacturer / OEM or from their authorised sales channel so that the standard warranty / support of the Manufacturer / OEM becomes applicable to the products to be delivered and installed by them. (ii) Documents that authenticates such procurement from the Manufacturer / OEM or from their authorized sales channel and standard warranty / support should be sent from the e-mail of the Manufacturer / OEM / authorized sales channel to the e-mail of Engineer-in-Charge and hard copy of it to be submitted during execution, of work/submission of bill. (iii) If any refurbished material is supplied and installed, penal action will be taken as per existing rules.
