ROAD WORK

Construction of embankment with material obtained from borrowed useful earth from outside road boundary CBR ≥ 12%, by mechanical means upto SDR with all leads and lifts including pre-watering of soil at borrow area, removal of top soil, excavation of soils at borrowed area, conveyance of soil, depositing the soil on the embankment, spreading soil, breaking clods, sectioning, grading and consolidation with 8 to 10 Tonnes Vibratory Road Roller @ OMC to meet requirement of table 300-2 of MoRT&H, including all hire and operational charges of T&P , complete for finished item of work as per MoRT&H specification 305 (5th revision).

Construction of Granular sub-base by providing HBG/HBT material confirming to Grading - VI of MoRT&H Table 400-1 including cost, (excluding seigniorage charges) and conveyance of all materials to work site and spreading in uniform layers with motor grader or by approved means, on prepared surface mixing by mix in place method with Rotavator / approved means at OMC and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density etc., complete for finished item of work as per MoRT&H Specification 401 (5th revision) and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Providing Vibrated Cement Concrete (1:4:8) mix using 50mm size HBG crushed stone aggregate and fine aggregate conforming to table 1000-2 of MoRT&H including cost, seigniorage conveyance of all materials to site and labour charges, centering, machine mixing, laying, Vibrating, curing etc., including all other incidental and operational charges of all T&P etc., complete for finished item of work as per MoRT&H specification 1500,1700, 2100 (5th Revision) and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge for base coarse below CC Pavement.

Vibrated cement concrete M 35 grade using 20mm & 10mm HBG crushed stone aggregate (Coarse aggregate conforming to table 1000-1 and fine aggregate conforming to table 1000-2) including cost, conveyance of all materials to site and labour charges, centering, machine mixing, laying, vibrating, curing etc., including all other incidental and operational charges of all T&P etc., complete for finished item of work as per MoRT&H specification 1500, 1700, 2100 & 2702 (5th Revision) and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge for C.C Pavement.

Providing and laying of Separation Membrane of impermeable plastic sheeting 125 micron thick for CC Pavements including cost, conveyance of all materials to site and labour charges for position of laying etc., complete for finished item of work

Providing HYSD bars (Fe-500 From Primary Producers like TATA, SAIL, VSP,Jindal as approved by Ministry of Steel) of different diameters, wrought and put up bars of all diameters including cost and conveyance of steel to site and all labour charges for fabrication of reinforcement including cutting, bending, binding rods, tying grills, placing them in position etc., complete including cost and conveyance of binding wire and all handling charges and operational charges etc., and including over lapping welding if required etc., complete for all R.C.C items for finished item of work as per standard drawings, as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge and as per MoRT&H specification 1600 &2200 (5th revision) and as per I.S.1786 of 1985 for foundation RCC items.

Providing Mild steel bars (Fe-250 From Primary Producers like TATA, SAIL, VSP,Jindal as approved by Ministry of Steel) of different diameters, wrought and put up bars of all diameters including cost and conveyance of steel to site and all labour charges for fabrication of reinforcement including cutting, bending, binding rods, tying grills, placing them in position etc., complete including cost and conveyance of binding wire and all handling charges and operational charges etc., and including over lapping welding if required etc., complete for all R.C.C items for finished item of work as per standard drawings, as per the directions of the Engineer-in-Charge and as per MoRT&H specification 1600 &2200 (5th revision) and as per I.S.1786 of 1985 for foundation RCC items.

Supply & Fixing of PVC pipe 40mm dia with end cap for CC pavement dowel bars expansion inserting as directed by the Engineer-in- charge including cost and conveyance of all material to site, including PVC pipe cutting and fixing the dowel bar in the PVC pipe and providing in the pipe with cotton waste for dowel bar movement, including sales and other taxes on all materials and cost of overheads & contractors profit etc. , complete for finished item of work in all floors.( APSS No.126)

Supply and fixing of high performance expansion joint filler board conforming to IS: 1838 - 25 mm THICK, including, all operational and incidental charges, labour charges, overheads and contractor's profit, etc. complete for finished item of work.

Plain Cement Concrete (1:5:10) (cement: fine aggregate: Coarse aggregate) for foundations and under flooring bed using coarse aggregate 40mm size hard , machine crushed trap metal from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, sand, coarse aggregate, water etc. to site,excluding seigniorage charges but including sales & other taxes on all materials and including all charges for machine mixing, laying concrete in foundations , ramming, finishing top surface to the required level, curing including cost of overheads & contractors profit etc.,complete for finished item of work . Supply & Fixing of Precast concrete Saucer drain of 300mm wide and 75mm thickness curved type of surface used to carry rain water and as per the manufacturers specification and set over a base coat of CM (1:8) prop.20mm thick over on already laid PCC bed including cost and conveyance of all materials like sand, water , etc., to site and all labour charges for positioning and fixing of kerbs etc., including cost of overheads & contractors profit etc.,complete for finished item of work.

Supply & Fixing of Precast concrete Kerb with top and bottom width 50 and 110 mm respectively, 400 mm high in all shapes and design as per the manufacturers specification and set over on already laid PCC bed including cost and conveyance of all materials like sand, water , kerb stones etc., to site and all labour charges for positioning and fixing of kerbs etc., including cost of overheads & contractors profit etc.,complete for finished item of work.

Supply and fixing of precast concrete blocks for paving of M-35 grade and thickness not less than 60 mm for light traffic areas conforming to IS 15658:2006 in all shapes and designs as per the manufacturer's specification and as approved by the consultant set over a base coat of Sand bed 50 mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials like sand, water, tiles, etc., to site, excluding cost of seigniorage on all materials and all labour charges for laying sand bed, laying tiles, etc., including cost of overheads and contractor's profit, etc. complete for finished item of work

Painting 2 coats of Synthetic Enamel paint in all shades over primer on new plastered concrete surfaces, including O.H & C.P complete and finished item of work.

Providing and laying non-pressure NP3 class (medium duty) R.C.C. pipes Pipe with Spigot & Pin Type with stiff mixture of cement mortar in the proportion of 1:2 (1 cement : 2 fine sand) including testing of joints etc. complete, including all incidental, labour charges, overheads and contractor's profit, etc. complete for finished item of work - 600mm dia

Earthwork excavation in soils upto SDR by mechanical means including trimming bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections etc., complete including for finished item of work for trench cutting AND DISPOSAL OF EXCAVATED EARTH WITH A LEAD OF 1KM as per MoRT&H specification 301(5th Revision) and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge (excluding seigiorage charges and GST)
