Painting V-columns (M&N), Beams, Ceilings and soffits up to a maximum height of 25mtrs with exterior Emulsion in one or more coats having weatherproof and dustproof properties with 10 year performance warranty, including cleaning and preparation of surface thoroughly with suitable detergent/puffing/grinding to remove all loose particles including removal of loose mortar, rust, dirt, scales, smoke splices, mortar/bird droppings, sealing of significant cracks, sealing/filling of pin holes with suitable material, collecting and disposing the particles generated during the process with least pollution including all all leads and lifts, scaffolding using appropriate safe and stable access system based on machine like boom or scissor lift or a specialized scaffolding system providing safety measures all complete as per manufacture's recommendations and specifications and as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Painting Design of Art work on V-Columns by marking with stencils as per designs and shades provided as approved by AAI architect up to a maximum height of 25mtrs with two coats of Apex ultima or equivalent of approved brand and manufaturer including cleaning and preparation of surface, all scaffolding using appropriate safe and stable access system based on machine like boom or scissor lift or a specialized scaffolding system providing safety measures etc all complete as per the direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge. (Plan area of stencil cut shall be measured.The rate is inclusive of consultancy charges of designing the art,submission of drawings till the approval of AAI Architect ,painting of Art complete finished work to the satisfaction of Engineer in charge)
Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied including removal of old paint and applying appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc. complete all as per manufacturer's specifications and as per the direction of Engineer in charge. a) On steel work
