Supply, Installtion, Testing and Commissioning of 1.5 Tr - 1.6 Tr Split type AC machines having Cooling Capacity range (5.0KW- 5.6 KW) with fixed speed rotary compressor, refrigerant gas R32/R410 BEE star rating - 3 (EER range 3.5 to 3.99), Air flow range CFM ( 580 - 650), both condenser and cooling coils made of copper tube connecting chord with plug top confirming to IS 1391 ( Part - I & Part - II) with all amendments ( Make - Mitsubishi Heavy/ O-General/Daikin) [NS]

Supply & laying Refrigerant Copper pipe minimum Thicknes1.15 mm. Liquid pipe 9.52 mm (3/8") & Gas pipe 15.88mm (5/8") (Make - Royku/Totaline/Mandeep) and insulation of refrigerant copper pipeping by nitril rubber insulation tube of minimum thickness 9mm.(Make - Aroflex/Acoflex) also raping the insulation & copper wire with GKB Gold raping tape as direction of EIC. [NS]

Supply and drawing 4 core 2.5 sq.mm PVC insulated sheeted wire for connecting the outdoor to indoor communicaion supply. (Make - Havels/Finolex/Polycab/RR/Gloster)[NS]

Supply & laying drain water piping work out of UPVC /HDPE hard pipes of 25mm dia 4mm thick (Make- HB/Supreme) incl. fitting accessories bends,elbows,tees, flanges,tapings etc. [NS]

S&F Timer Control Unit for single phase AC Machine assembled with - 12-way SPN DB Box (L&T / Cabtree/Legrand/Siemens/ABB) - 1 no. 32 A DP MCB Isolator (Make: Siemense / Legrand / L&T) - 01 no. Digital 24 hour time switch (GIC/L&T) - 1 no. 32A three pole contactor (L&T) - 01 no. Centre off 2 way toggle switch - 1 no. 32Amp. Barirrer type terminal- 1 no. LED indicating lamp (L&T: SIL R 240V) - 01 No. 2X4sqmm+2.5sqmm copper wire 0.5 Mtr. with complete interconnection with auto-mannual bypass arrangement with locking arrangement incl. making/cutting door of SPN DB box for fixing arrangement of toggle switch, Locking arrangement, LED indicator etc. as required as per direction of EIC.

Supply & Fixing 240 V, 25 A, Modular type starter (Brand approved by EIC) with 25A Modular switch type DP MCB (CCurve) and 4 Module GI Modular type switch board with 4 Module top cover plate flushed in wall incl. Distribution wiring in 1.1 KV single core stranded 'FR' PVC insulated & unsheathed copper wire (Brand approved by EIC) in 20mm size PVC rigid conduit 'FR' (Precision make) incl. necy. fittings as required 2x 56/0.3 (4 sqmm) + 1 x 36/0.3 (2.5 sqmm) ECC [PWD/GS Page: E-14 Item: 1/a] (Make - Havels/Finolex/Polycab/RR/Gloster)

Finishing of the PVC insulated wire ends by socketting with pin/ring type copper sockets and insulated tapes etc., including supplying sockets, tapes 2 x 4 sq mm + 1X 2.5 sq.mm [PWD/GS Page: F-5 Item: 9 ]
