Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and paving n exc 15 cm thickness below or above ground level, removal of rubbish and debris and depositing in low lying areas complete all as directed.

Dismantling of Asbestos cement (corrugated, semi-corrugated, etc.) sheets in roof coverings complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof covering complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates framed trussed etc. complete all as specified and directed. Note: Work shall be carried out upto 12m height.

Taking down chowkhats or frames not exc 1.50 sqm (without taking shutters from the frame) complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down chowkhats or frames exc 1.5 sqm but not exc 4.00 sqm (without taking off shutters from the frame) complete all as directed.

Taking out old serviceable glass of any description, from old wooden or metal frames, or stone, concrete or brick surrounds, any thickness or size; hacking out old putty or removing beads etc. including making good breakages in taking out and removing from site.

Taking down cement plaster on brick / stone masonry walls, ceilings etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as directed.

Taking down existing roof treatment of any description, any position with bituminous felt including plaster / loose concrete and removing rubbish to a distance exceeding 500m but not exceeding 1000m and roughening the surfaces of old concrete by picking, scraping, cleaning and washing down with water to remove all dust etc complete specified and directed.

Rolled mild steel in roof trusses (framed), trussed purlins crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (RHS, SHS round bars, nuts and holding down bolts etc) including distance pieces, cleats and welding etc confirming to Fe 410-W (Gre E-250 quality-A) complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Span of each truss not exceeding 25.0 meter shall be fabricated at site. (ii) Work shall be carried out upto 12m height. (iii) Quoted rates shall be deemed to be inclusive of necessary scaffolding and T&P etc. (vi) The quoted rate shall be deemed to included for cutting, notching, drilling, fitting, revetting / or welding or connecting with nuts and bolts (including rivets or bolts & nuts) providing and fitting angle cleats, fish plates gusset plates etc, also for wedging, plumbing, truing up and fixing complete.

(e) Wire rope with fibre core of size 8mm dia, having 04 falls conforming to IS: 2266 minimum factor of safey and tensile strength 1960N/mm2 as per ISO: 4309:1990 complete with rope drum fabricated from seamless pipe duly machined and grooved to accommodate full length of rope in one layer. (g) Control panel indoor type made out of 2mm thick CRCA dust and vermin proof sheet powder coated painting comprising of variable speed drives (VVVF type) meeting the latest crane control solution enhances crane performances without worries and smooth operation, different operating speed for each process, accurate positioning, suitable switchgears, contactors, meters, relay transformers and components, control wiring etc as per OEM. (h) Control wiring and power wiring, PVC flexible pendent festoon system supported on MS troller for CT and DSL system of suitable rating for LT all as per OEM. (j) Limit switches for upper and lower hoisting. (k) Bottom block shall be equipped with protective guard around the opening, shank type forged hook "C" type, swivelling on thrust bearing tested as per IS 15560. (l) Emergency stop button to shutting off the power to the main contractors shall be provided.

(m) End carriages with standard rolled steel section or welded plate box section type shall be assembled to ensure alignment of bearings and axels, twin drive arrangement, main cross girders to end trucks connection are bolted to ease in assembly. Rubber buffers on all end trucks when a moving crane or trolley reaches the ends of its permitted travel. (n) Hoisting machinery / crab of heavy duty industrial type. (o) Painting of crane with one coat of primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint of golden yellow of 25 micron. Final touch up will be done after erection at site and writing the details of crane like capaicty, date of installation, load details etc. (p) Pendent push button station shall have push buttons for each motion, bridge light, siren / bell, on and off switches, emergency stop switch and shall be hanged in the middle of girder with chrome plated steel chain duly covered with sleeve.
