Scrapping of Top Surface of canal service road including disposal of all scrapped material to a distance of 30 meters as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Earth work in Cutting or embankment in ordinary soil excavation to be in the form of regular pits not exceeding 0.50M in depth and earth work in embankment to be in 20cm. Layers including remming and dressing 1.50 M lift and 200M lead. The earth from cutting to be used in making embankment or to be deposited as spoil banks within 30M distance as directed by the Engineer Incharge (Including royality) (SI No 253(a)

Brick lining on both side of the road of M-150 bricks 7cm wide 11cm deep, laid with mud mortar including labour & supply of bricks finished to the required template and in proper alignment and also including dressing and ramming the excavated earth,labour , T&P etc complete (S.I. 765).

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific size to water bound macadam Grade-3 specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with 3 wheeled steel/vibratory roller 8-10 tonnes in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening/binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density, as per Latest Morth & H specification.

Providing & applying Primer coat with bitumen emulsion (ss)on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.75/kg sqm using mechanical means as per technical Specification Clause 502.

Providing & applying tack coat with V.G. 10 using bitumen distributor at the rate of 0.30Kg per sqm on the prepared granular surface treated with primer cleaned with hydrolic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.

20mm thick Open-Graded Premix Carpet using Bituminous (penteration grade/modified bitumen) Binder-Providing, laying and rolling of open-graded premix surfacing of 20mm thickness composed of 13.2 mm to 5.6mm aggregates either using viscosity grade bitumen VG-10 to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a smooth wheeld roller 8-10 tonne capacity, finished to required level and graded to be followed by seal coat as per Lates MORTH & MORD specification.

Providing and Laying seal coat by mannual means with V.G.-10 Grade Bitumen sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall using type C as per Lates MORTH & MORD specification

Painting white/coloured traffic lines 8-15 cm wide in three coats with approved road making paint (spirit base) as directed by the Engineer incharge including supply of all materials, labour T&P etc complete.
