Expert services for troubleshooting & maintenance of Neuman & Esser make compressor installed at DHDT (Tag no:702-K-02C), & Prime G (Tag no:904-K-01A/B) unit, Barauni Refinery.
Normal Charges on working days from Monday to Saturday(8 Hrs)
Normal Charges on working Sunday/holiday
Overtime charges beyond normal working Hrs including sunday / holiday
Lodging/Boarding + Local transportation Charges:IOCL shall arrange its Guest House for Lodging/boarding & Local transportation from Barauni Refinery Township to Barauni Refinery site and back. However,if IOCL GuestHouse is not available or local transporation couldn't be made available for experts, the bidder will have to arrange for Lodging/boarding & local transporation at Barauni.The cost incurred for Lodging/Boaring & Local Trasportaion shall be reimbursed at actuals upon submission of original documentary evidence but limited to SOR amount. Note : For calculating the tentative value ,estimate has been prepared considering 02 visits(each of 08 days) comprising of 01 no. of expert.
To & Fro Tavelling charges(Flight+Taxi) charges:Travel expenses i.e. flight(Economy Class only) incurred per visit. Reimbursement shall be done at atuals on submission of documentary evidences but limited to SOR amount. Note: 1.Taxi/Cab charges(From Patna Airport to Barauni & back) will be borne by the bidder. 2.For calculating the tentative value ,estimate has been prepared considering 02 visits comprising of 01 no. of expert.
