Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) /manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including , dewatering, dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m and refilling of the sides of foundation all complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer in charge. (a) All kinds of soil.

Supplying and filling in plinth with M.sand under floors, including watering,ramming, consolidating and dressing complete all as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying plain cement concrete 1:4:8 using 25mm maximum size graded aggregates including mechanical mixing, transporting and placing in required position, ramming, compaction, levelling, curing, shuttering, dewatering if any, complete all as per specification for levelling courses in foundation for walls, footings, floor drains etc., encasing pipes and other required works complete all as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched design mix cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work; using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Portland Pozzolana / Ordinary Portland admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength; including Scaffolding, pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing, carriage for all leads; but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement as per direction of the engineer-in-charge; for the following grades of concrete. Note: Extra cement up to 10% of the minimum specified cement content in design mix shall be payable separately. In case the cement content in design mix is more than 110% of the specified minimum cement content, the contractor shall have discretion to either re-design the mix or bear the cost of extra cement. (a) Concrete of M30 grade with minimum cement content of 400 kg /cum All works above plinth level upto floor V level

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for slabs, Beams and lintel sunshade etc,(any thickness) including removal of shuttering and props etc at all levels and all complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including binding wire, cover block, straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete at all levels and all complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer in charge. (a) Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Providing and constructing half brick masonry with non modular fly ash bricks of class designation 10, conformingio IS :12894, in super structure above plinth and upto floor V level. Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) including suitable scaffolding and racking out joints of half brick masonry all complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing and constructing brick work with clay flyash F.P.S. (non modular) brick of class designation 7.5 in superstructure up to floor plinth level in :Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) including suitable scoffolding and racking out joints etc, and all complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer in charge.

Providing plastering to the internal / External surfaces of brickwork/concrete at all elevations in cement mortar 1:4, 12mm thick including hacking of concrete surfaces with pointed tool, scaffolding, finishing, curing, forming grooves wherever necessary, all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer in charge

Providing, supplying, cutting, bending to shape, welding, fabricating, hoisting, placing and fixing in position structural spiral staircase with expanded grating curved profile of members using MS hollow / circular / square / rectangular tubular sections including chamfering and rounding off the edges, supply and applying a coat of Zinc chromate primer of approved make and 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved colour and make, scaffolding and staging required for fabrication as well as erection complete all as per specifications, drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note: Lifting device arrangements if any required also arranged by the contractor at his own cost.
