Cleaning/removing blockage of sewer line (SGSW/RCC/CI) of dia 100/150/200/300mm etc of any description or in any position by roding, by pressure pump of any type or by using any mechanical equipments, manually or by puncher of sewage`line and repair the same if required including taking off and refixing manhole covers including removing all sludge in or outside MOD land complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

De-watering from septic tanks/soakage wells by suitable pumps and also removing of all wastes, semi solid or liquid of any description to the location as specified and directed by Engr-in Charge. (note: dewatering tank will be taken outside the defence land for disposal)

Cleaning/removing blockage of EWC, IWC, Gully Trap, including P or S Traps of any description, by rodding, by pressure pumps of any description or by other mechanical equipments in any position or locations at Military stn MFFR and nodes under AGE MFFR area till complete satisfaction within 48 hr of complaint of Engr-in-Charge.

Cleaning/removing blockage of floor trap, nahni trap, wash basins, sinks etc including waste pipe or waist coupling etc. by manually or mechanically at locations at Military stn MFFR and nodes under AGE MFFR area till complete satisfaction within 48 hr of complaint of Engr-in-Charge.

De-sludging by removing of semi solid sludge from existing septic tanks of any depth, any capacity in foul condition, including taking and placing in position the manhole cover of any description, removal of sludge & solid content to any place outside defence land and deposting where directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

De-sludging the existing / cleaning of man holes of depth not exceeding 2 mtrs of any size by removing silt/grit/sludge and faul water either by mannual or by mechanical means and flushing water through man holes to ensure free flow of sewage, placing back the man holes covers in position including removal all the sludge/silt/any foreign material from the sewer lines out the defence land complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m deep in foundations or for walls of manholes etc not exc 10 sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, soft/loose soil including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing surplus soil obtained from item Nos 8 & 9 here-in-before to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Demolition of cement concrete hunching without bedding layer to drain pipes including drain pipes etc complete against the side of the pipe &removing all retrieved material all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in packing under and hunching against the sides of pipes, without bedding layer, after they are laid and tested in 150 mm dia of pipe complete all as specified

Salt glazed stone were drain pipes, grade ‘A’ 150 mm bore (internal dia) laid in trenches over existing concrete bedding and jointed as specified

Demolition of brickwork built in cement or cement lime mortar complete all as psecified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Brick work with fly ash bricks old size straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

All as per serial item No. 14 here-in-before but using old bricks and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster/terrazo finish on brick or stone walll etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed

15mm thick cement plaster in cement and sand mortar 1:4 using water proofing compound as per manufacturer’s instructions on brick or concrete surfaces (surfaces fair or other than fair) including finishing the surfaces even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound ISI marked.

P.C.C (1:2:4) type B-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channels and drains etc inside the manholes complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Cement concrete type D2 1:4:8 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation, filling and mass complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demoliton of stone slab as in roofs , suspended floors any thickness jointed in any mortar complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Jodhpur stone of roof slab self faced ,7.5cm to 10 cm thick ,25 cm to 35cm wide ,hoisted and set ,jointed and grouted in cement and sand mortar (1:6) complete all as specified

M&L for 50mm thick P.C.C 1:3:6 C2 using 40 mm graded stone agg. As in floors over stone patti roof slab finished the surface even and fair complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cutting into existing manholes or connecting new, drains making good existing benching or forming channel and reforming benching with cement and sand mortar 1:4 or PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 smooth finished and reforming benching as in 150 mm dia of pipe complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

S&F in replacement Vitreous china squatting pan of orissa pattern, white of size 580x440mm with integral foot rest and P or S trap in cluding provision of lime concrete bedding min 150mm thick (1:2:5) inc taking out old WC complete.

S&F in repair Wash down water closet (Pedestal pattern), complete with PVC (SWR) 'P' trap 110mm dia including jointing with cement mortar to existing CI pipe line complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer- in - Charge.

Supply & fixing repairs plastic water closet seat cover,white/ colour pattern with flat bottom and cover and mild steel chromium plated or aluminum hinging device.

Pre cast reinforced cement concrete 1: 2 :4 using 20 mm graded stone aggregates as in manhole covers including removing old damaged cover from manhole complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over as reinforcement for concrete, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete.
