Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete.

M&L for Brick work with sub-class `B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 M mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class B bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 M mean radius in half brick thick walls built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified.

Taking down cement plaster on brick walls, raking out joints locking for key, scrubbing down with water etc all as specified

M&L 15 mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:4) on fair face of brick or concrete surfaces of walls finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified. (incl new brick work)

M&L washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls in two layers, under layer 12mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand ) furrowing the under layer with scratching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 2 Kg of cement per square metre, top layer 15mm cement plaster 1:1/2:2 (1 cement: 1/2 marble powder : 2 marble chipping 10mm nominal size) in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern including scrubbing and washing, the top layer with brushes and water to expose the marble chippings and forming groove of uniform size 15 mm wide and 15 mm deep in top layer of grit plaster using wooden battens all round as per approved pattern. The groove shall be finished with two coats of bitumenous paint complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- Only steel scaffolding is allowed and rate included in above item. The work shall be carried out by enclosing affected area by green cloth) up to G+3 storey building and deploy skilled labourers to execute the work)

M&L preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of Exterior Emulsion paint using roller brush (APEX ULTIMA) over one coat of primer and over incl one coat of Birla putty all as specified and directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment from old surfaces of wall scrapping by machanical means and applying two coats of Exterior Emulsion paint (APEX ULTIMA) using roller brush over one coat of primer and over incl one coat of Birla putty all as specified and directed.

Taking down eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings,heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks,etc., including cleaning or refixing or removal to Store (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories)

S & F 110 mm dia PVC (SWR) pipes 5 mm thick (6 kg/ cm2) pressure pipe, single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls complete all as specified and directed. Make:- Prakash / Supreme/ Prince

S&F in repairs Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. complete all as directed (each line wire to be measured)

All as per above item but restraining and resecuring including making good staples etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs concertina coil fencing with punched tape concertina coil stretched to a length of 10 metres to achieve 600 mm dia (weighing not less than 8.50 Kg per 10 RM of length), having 50 Nos rounds per 5.4 metre length, spring core wire (2.5 mm thick) of high tensile strength of 165 kg/sqmm with tape (0.52mm thick) and weight 43.478 gm/metre and fixing the same with existing Y-shape angle iron to steel parts and another coil/MS Nibs alloys shown on drgs incl fixing with special galvanised fastners such as clips, U clips all as speicified and directed. Note :- Linear length of coil after stretching and fixing shall be measured for purpose of Payment.

M&L for Y shape angle posts ,struts and similar works as in fencing including cutting tops to slope as directed , drilling holes , notching for wire etc, including all necessary drilling bolting or revited and similarly work confirming to Fe-290 all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated surfaces, of steel and iron work of any description not otherwise described over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of Red oxide all as specified and as directed.

S&F Steel work in tubular tru-sses of required shape including special shaped washer etc, complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161-1979 grade St.-240, structural steel is painted one shop coat of zinc chromate primer paint (including preparation of surface) at contractor's workshop before fabrication complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvatume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws, colour as approved by engr in charge complete all as specified and directed. Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors/walls, aprons etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar.

M&L Granite (of any type) 20mm thick machine cut, bedded with 20mm screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding, moulding and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 20 mm thick granite (of any type) machine cut as in vertical surfaces and like, jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of of pigment to match the shade of granite stone incl grinding, moulding and polishing laid over and including 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 complete all as specified.

Surface dressing n.exc 15 cm deep in Soft/loose soil incl watering, ramming and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50 m and making good surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cement concrete 75 mm thick in PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (40 mm graded aggregate) as in sub base of floors finished fair and even complete all as directed

M & L machine pressed vibro compaction rubber mould 400 x 400 x 80 mm thick precast concrete grass pavers block (perforated) conforming to IS-15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness, M-35 Grade with laid over 40mm thick sand cushioning, colour, shape and pattern as approved by engr in charge complete all as specified and directed. M&L for one coat of synthetic enamelled paint in any approved pattern and colour including preparation of old painted surfaces of Kerb stone /concrete/plaster surfaces exceeding 10cm width or grith not other wise provided

Excavation in trenches in soft/ loose soil not exceeding 1.5 m wide n.exc 1.5m depth for fdn etc for shaft, wells, cesspits, man holes, pier holes etc. n.exc 10sqm on plan and n.exc 1.5m depth and getting out in soft loose soil.

Excavation in trenches in soft/ loose soil additional 1.5 m or part thereof in depth beyond the first 1.5 m (ref item 3006 above) depth for fdn etc for shaft, wells, cesspits, man holes, pier holes etc. n.exc 10sqm on plan and exc 1.5m depth and getting out in soft loose soil.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm.in soft or loose soil

M&L for reinforced cement concrete M-25 (Design Mix) using 20 mm graded aggregate as in slab supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings,balconies, canopies, deck slab and in shelves and the like. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Form work to soffits of suspended slabs as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work n.exc 200mm thick for rough finished surfaces complete all as specified.

M&L TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required,including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Ditto as per item no above here-in-before but 6 to 8 mm dia

M & L PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (40 mm graded aggregates) as in Sub base, foundation filling and mass-concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using (20 mm graded aggregates) as in surface channel benching, coping and drains, etc including slightly rounded or chamferred angles as reqd complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition cement concrete (reinforced) of any description and in any position complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 making good of dismantled portion with plastered/concrete work and match with existing surface complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing at site factory made kerb stone of required shape and size of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete incl dismanling of existing kerb stone.

M&L cleaning and de-silting of open rain water drains of any size and any depth (upto pcc base) incl removing and refixing of drain cover / grill gratings, making coping, repair inner sides of drain with CM plaster 1:4 and bottom with pcc 1:2:4 / 1:4:8 (as per requirement) to maintaining slope. The sludge /silt /liquid mud/ sand deposited in the open drain line shall be fully cleaned and disposed off the same outside the MoD land at any distance and without any additional cost on the same day when it was taken out. (For Plaster and PCC work to be measure and paid in seperate item)

M&L cleaning and de-silting of sewage lines upto and including 300mm internal diameter of any depth upto three meter depth. The cleaning shall be carried out with super succer machine. The sludge deposited in the sewage line shall be fully cleaned and disposed off the same outside the MoD land at any distance and without any additional cost on the same day when it was taken out. The job shall be carried out with safety precaution equipments and with strict supervision complete all as directed

M&L for cleaning of all blockages of Nahani traps/floor traps/bottle traps, blockages of WC's, Rain water pipes, Rain water spouts at roof level, 100 mm dia CI pipes upto 1st manhole/GT in shafts, vertical CI soil/waste pipe stacks, CI Tee/door bends etc & cleaning of rcc/pvc drain pipes 150 mm to 300 mm internal dia by rodding and manholes upto 3.0 metre in depth and removal of sludge/silt/liquid mud sand (in foul conditions) etc, out of MOD premises (at the location notified by the local Municipal Corporation/Cantt board) complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge to maintain internal & external sewage system in functional state at all the time. The contractor shall engage required skilled manpower and provide all necessary tools and plants (manual/pressure cleaning pump and flexible rods and other necessary equipment (as per rules of public health), etc to ensure resolution of complaint in time frame as desired by Engineer-in-Charge. Any type of complaint related to cleaning of sewage line and other connected items need to be catered for by the contractor. Note :- 1 Contractor may have to deploy more manpower in the particular area and deploy adequate sewage cleaning machinery/ equipment to clean the line and open blockages within 06 hours of complaint received (on same day). 2. In case contractor fails to get the complaint rectified within 06 hours of complaint received, he shall be penalised for the same at a flat rate of Rs 100/- per complaint , in addition to non payment of this item for the complaints not attended. 3. Proper records (date wise) of complaints received & rectified by the contractor shall be maintained and shall be produced for verification at the time of payment of each RAR/Bill. 4. The contractor must keep in mind the above said provisions while quoting his rates. Note :- Day to day Complaint received from user's of Palam Bagh should be resolved within 06 hours of complaint received.

General Note :- 1. Removing building materials /old waste unwanted existing material of any description or any type etc. to a distance of 5km or beyond out side MOD Land and the cost for the same is deemed to be included in the quoted unit rates. 2. Raising the level of manholes, construct/ repair of GT/ first manhole, identifying and locate the manholes (below the ground) of sewage line, connect the drains as directed to improve drainage system have also been done by the contractor and the cost for the same is deemed to be included in the quoted unit rates.
