M & L for water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab by applying one coat of cold bituminous primer @ 0.70 kg/Sqm on plastered surfaces. A layer of Atactic polypropylene polymer (APP) modified five layered prefabricated membrane reinforced with non woven polyester matt (weighing not less than 170 grams per square metre), weight (minimum) 3.6 kilogram per square metre and 3mm (minimum) thickness shall be laid on primed surface by Butane torch application, over compatible primer @ 0.40 ltr/sqm, having density at 25 degree centigrade of 0.87-0.89 kg/litre and viscosity 70-160 cps or cold sticker and torch application of membrane with side over laps of 100mm both side and at the end’s overlaps shall be 150mm both side. All over laps and the joints shall be sealed properly as per manufacturer’s instructions complete all as specified and as directed by engineer in charge.

M & L for Glazed ceramic coloured joint free tiles in vertical surface of size 300 x 200 x 6 to 7 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Non Skid coloured ceramic joint free tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exc 0.11 sqm ( 300 x 300 mm ) in floors etc set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement complete all as specified and directed.
